I cant comment on their actual insurance policies, but getting a hire car from these guys after my own car was nicked was a pleasure. Tom and his manager Muhammed Thahir were incredibly understanding and flexible given my specific, and quite difficult circumstances. I was away from home, stuck, and was in a right pickle. Tom even went so far as sprinting across a car park to speak to his manager, Muhammed to find a solution to the obstructions, Europcar were endlessly putting up in releasing a vehicle, and could barely speak he was so out of breath when he got back to the phone, the mad lad 😂. What a legend. Thanks. Hope the bosses ar vMobility look after them both. They give a sh!t. Its appreciated and irrespective of the outcome, I'd have recommended vMobility to people.

Darren lewis was thorugh with delivery. Went round and highlighted allscratches and marks on car and answered all questions.

Received the car from Jeff. He kept me updated when he will be arriving. Was so polite professional and expplained what was to be done and all the information I needed in a very well explained way. He went above and beyond in making sure that our car was delivered safely. Thank you Jeff.
