Joel & Bob were superb. Rapid to call me within minutes of reporting an incident. Sorted with hire car and recovery service offered without bargaining…and done same day with kindness and a spirit of care, given that I was still in shock from a lorry driving into me & my children early that morning. Fortunately nobody hurt but thoughtfulness and ethics of care really shone. Thank you both. Also to the companies you choose to work with you.

Really quick at answering the phone, very efficient and they explained everything well and were so polite and friendly. Special shoutout to Bob, he was lovely and ensured I knew and understood everything. He was patient and understanding and got things sorted for me quite quickly.
