This is the worst survey site I have ever dealt with ever. I was about to take studies two different times in over a year period and each one wound up getting lost in the shuffle with never them getting back constant calls not being returned and basically being ghosted these people are a bunch of scammers. Do not do any research with them whatsoever. They are absolutely a horror when it comes to customer service skills and take no accountability for wasting panelists time and never getting back to anybody despite leaving many voicemails and text. Do not take any research from this company, they will lie and say they are in the UK so they don’t apply to the Better Business Bureau model. Also maybe I dodged a bullet since I see many complaints that they don’t pay anyway.

I have participated in various market research projects with Vocal Views since at least 2021. They are very good at explaining what the research entails as well as a vast array of research to apply for.

Improvement would be in the speed of payment.

People were very nice and the payment was good. Definitely worth my time

This company is a great company to do research with. The staff are friendly and there’s lots of projects for your to apply for and participate in. I would highly recommend !

I recently took part in a study regarding a well known coffee chain. From initial contact, right to the end and beyond of the study, I was kept fully up to date. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Delivery of the product was on time and communication was excellent.
My only mild gripe, was that payment took a little long than I would have liked, but this was only my impatience and payment was received within agreed timescales.
I'd definitely recommend Vocal Views and would be happy to take part in another study in future.

Always a good experience. Great to be able to support companies and their new developments. A great secondary income. And also just a bit of fun. I’m glad to be involved.

I recently participated in a study for Vocal Views.

The screening questionnaire was clear, the expectations of incentive and such were also very clear.

The item arrived appropriately packaged and the instructions for the follow up interview were clear.

I recieved my payment within the dates set, from what I know from other marketing studies I have taken part in; often the funds come from their client first before releasing to the participants.

The staff were kind and the emails and communications always professional and easy to understand.

Did a study about travelling (Which I love) and it was great giving my feedback on the ways I like travelling, where I like travelling to and how to make things more efficient whilst abroad. Me n the moderator spoke about two potential templates for an app to help with boarding passes / cruises / activities and itineraries etc and they were so handy. I can’t wait until this finally gets released. Thanks again VV, paid on time as per usual!

I find it hard to believe that this company has a 3.6 out of 5 rating!!! This organisation is basically a criminal enterprise and they MUST be writing fake reviews to counter all the complaints.

I completed an in store research for them almost a whole year ago in Apple and Samsung stores and still haven’t been paid. Nobody picks up the phones and emails are ignored. The most shocking part is that they still invite me to do research for them!

Oh boy. Don’t do it. Don’t do anything for this company. They are not like other companies that offer focus groups, etc.

I’ve been doing focus groups with various companies for years and have never experienced a group that are so unprofessional and quite frankly, thieves.

They will not pay you as agreed and they will not follow up with you.

Please check out the reviews before you do anything with them.

They bug you almost harass u to make sure your in the group .Then when it comes to paying they haven't they asked for info said it would take 21 days to 28 days not to mention they get an attitude with you for asking for you money. They don't answer emails after you do the group they have a very nasty disposition WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

I only wish I had read the reviews before agreeing to participate in one of this company's studies.

My experience appears to be far from unique. They recruit participants, set clear expectations for payment, and then fail to honour the payment timescales they themselves have committed to.

I completed the study in good faith, gave up my time, and fulfilled everything that was asked of me. In return, I have been left chasing an outstanding payment of £70. The amount itself is almost irrelevant—this is about principle. Participants invest their time and effort with the expectation that the company will honour its commitments.

What has made the experience even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. It is impossible to speak to anyone directly by telephone, every extension diverts to voicemail, and emails are simply ignored. The only option is to keep chasing a payment that should never have required chasing in the first place.

A company whose business relies on people willingly participating in research should understand that trust, communication and professionalism are fundamental. Unfortunately, my experience has demonstrated the exact opposite.

I also have to wonder whether the organisations that commission or partner with this company are aware of how participants are treated once the research has been completed. I find it difficult to believe they would be comfortable knowing that participants are left chasing agreed payments with little or no communication.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering taking part in one of their studies to read the reviews carefully before committing. I certainly wish I had.

I done a project on 27 May told will be paid within 21 days from 5 June and still no payment cant get through on phone dont answer there emails last time i will do a project for these bunch of con artist ... Lots of people seemed to have been scammed by them .
