Recently signed up to this service.
All well at this point. I can make calls to land line and mobile (cellular) phones. The audio quality is good, and the call charges are reasonable.
I would suggest an update to the software to enable editing of the contact numbers. Currently, if you want to modify a number, you have to delete and recreate the contact profile.

I've been a customer for about 4 years, never had an issue. Very easy to set up my account and transfer my number over. There are tutorials for you to set up common phone adapters too which is great.

I recently decided to not continue with renting a landline number and my bill for line rental had just been taken for the month. I contacted customer service (which was extremely easy to do by raising a support ticket) and asked if I could be refunded for my line rental cost as it was the start of the month.

My expectations were low as my experience with most other companies aren't great, but within a few hours I received an update on my ticket (on a Sunday) saying a refund has been raised for me. Amazing understanding from this company so I decided to leave them a review so more people can use them.

If I have a need for voip again I will definitely come back to use Voiphome. Thank you for the seamless service.
