Avoid. This is a scam operation. I wish I had read other reviews before ordering a "Citizen" Eco Drive watch. When I received the watch, it was so obviously a fake - and not a good one. The merchant has not denied it is counterfeit ('inspired by' the orginal), but refuses to give me a full refund UNLESS I pay an expensive shipping cost to return it to China. If I don't want to pay for shipping, I can keep the watch and receive a 25% partial refund on what I paid. Neither is acceptable to me, owing to their misleading advertising and fraudulent trading, so I have reported them to Tradint Standards and told my credit card company that I dispute the charge. I should receive a refund this way, as I told my card company about the scam.
