First time used today, paired with the app easily enough. Considering I ordered the item late Wednesday (and shipped from the Netherlands to the UK) it arrived midday Saturday.

Alla fine sono riuscita a contattare lâassistenza clienti di VOLDT, e sono riuscita ad avere una soluzione positiva per questo acquisto che ho fatto da loro. Sono passati quasi 2 settimane dalla consegna, il prodotto funziona molto bene, tutto sommato sono contenta di aver scelto il cavo di ricarica type 2 da loro, nonostante della vicenda accaduta.

Jeg opplevde fÞrst manglende respons etter å ha sendt inn returskjema flere ganger, noe som var frustrerende og ga et lite profesjonelt inntrykk.
Etter litt leting fant jeg imidlertid ut at returlabel allerede var generert automatisk i systemet deres, så returen lot seg gjennomfÞre likevel.
Kommunikasjonen kunne absolutt vÊrt bedre, men saken ser ut til å lÞse seg.

Voldt sa vid bestÀllning att paketet skulle komma dagen efter. Efter 10 dagar har jag fortfarande inte fÃ¥tt det. Varje frÃ¥ga om varför det inte anlÀnt besvaras med att âpaketet Àr pÃ¥ vÀg och kommer imorgonâ. Men det hÀnder ju inte. Hela tiden osanningar. Sista gÃ¥ngen jag anlitar dem.

Mailtje gestuurd: als je ze beide kan gebruiken, hou ze dan maar allebei. Zulke service zal je niet vaak treffen!

Ik heb in juni 2023 een laadkabel van 25 meter bij Voldt gekocht. Deze kabel heeft altijd perfect gefunctioneerd tot 28 mei 2025. Mijn auto laadt niet meer op.
Ik heb Voldt hierover in kennis gesteld.
Zonder vragen hebben ze me een retourlabel gestuurd waardoor ik de defecte kabel kosteloos kon retourneren. Dit heb ik afgelopen donderdag gedaan. De maandag erop heb ik een volledig nieuwe kabel ontvangen. Er zat een zwakke plek in de kabel.
Dat noem ik nog eens service!!!!!
Waar vind je zulke bedrijven nog die zonder moeilijke vragen hun service nakomen!!!!

Products flawed by poor design feature.
My review is going to be solely about the product and not the delivery time (UPS totally messed up) or the customer service (pro-active but pushy at times).
The product works well when used as a charger. The problem comes when you try to set the delayed charging timer function. The accompanying instruction pamphlet says to push the âbuttonâ for 3 sec at a time to set the timer in 1-hour increments. Once you have adjusted it to the correct offset time, the countdown timer commences. Problem is, the âbuttonâ is not actually a button because, when pushed, nothing is felt I.e. no tactile feedback and, nothing happens! Sent a video of this back to supplier (Voldt) and they agreed to send a second unit. In the meantime, they said to try and tap the âbuttonâ. This actually worked, but not every time. Anyway, the replacement unit arrived and the âbuttonâ was pressed (still no tactile feedback) and it workedâŠtwice. Third time I tried to use it, nothing happened when I pressed or tapped this âbuttonâ. I then switched off the power socket supply, disconnected the unit from my car and reconnected power supply and reconnected to the car. Went back to unit to try setting delayed timer andâŠnothing happened when this mysterious âbuttonâ is pressed. Actually, I followed that process more than once over the course of a week just to make sure I was doing everything as advised by the instruction pamphlet. Very frustrating to not feel anything when one presses on a âbuttonâ. Come on guys, both units had this issue so whatâs going on? Surely you must be able to change the design of whatever âsensorâ lies below this phantom âbutton.
Also, when I was able to set the timer, the countdown timer would only start if I rested my finger on this âbuttonâ for a few seconds otherwise the charger just went back to the previous mode but now wasnât charging anymore as it had registered that the timer had been initially set. Anyway, both units returned and refund issued promptly but only because my wife removed her bad review (this was a request from pushy Voldt employee which is unprofessional behaviour).

I can recommend this charger after i got mine in november.First i will advise you to be sure wich type of charger you need.I had to order a new because of my own mistake.Everything went fast so i sent the first in return before Voldt was able to send me a label for easy return.Had i known about the dutch customs i would have waited for the label.The contact with Voldt could be better but still satisfied that i got refund for the first One.
I ordered a cable on 1-2 days delivery
The website gave me the impression that the items were dispatched from a London address, but they are in fact dispatched from the Netherlands. Because of delivery delays Voldt Customer Service provided the item totally free of charge, which was an excellent way to recover the service.
Prompt communication
I ordered the wrong item and emailed them as soon as I got the invoice. They processed the refund with no fuss.
