all volta products are very good, we have reviewed them in terms of quality and design is also good. the price is also still affordable. Good job Volta team,we are waiting for the Volta team's breakthrough with its new products

I've been using Volta products for a few years now, and recently upgraded from the Volta 2.0 to the Volta Max cables with their Kickstarter campaign, as well as backing the campaign for the VoltaGoMax powerbank. I'm very much happy with both the cables and the powerbank, though I've yet to test the powerbank "in the wild". I appreciate the quality of both products and enjoy the usuful added features for the cable, like the cover for the magnetic end and the velcro strap for easy organizing ad transport. I also like the packaging, which is simple, yet modern.
Being a Kickstarter backer, I very much appreciate the very open and direct communication about virtually every step from beginning of production, to quality testing, and finally, shipment. Delays are to be expected in my opinion, and I didn't mind having to wait a little longer if it means getting a higher quality, or sometimes outright improved product. Therefor, I fully recommend Volta to anyone looking for all in one cable solutions.

I have been using the product for last few days, It help me with charging my MacBook and phone.

It is my first time testing a product from Volta and what attracted me was their VoltagoMax during the kickstarter campaign. I love the large power bank capacity for travelling and the magnetic cable attachment. It supports ultra fast charging for S24 Ultra with wireless charging that can support up to 5 devices. I had issue with the arrival of the product to the designated shipping location and was furious about it, but after informing customer service. The issue was immediately fixed the day after to my surprise. I can tell Volta cares about their customer and I will be a returned customer that will recommend to others.

Awesome products, and if you have any issues top notch and super quick response customer service, will be seeking out more innovative tech from Volta in future

the product is of good quality the best cable i ever used.

I'm a fan of Volta power banks so when they launched a kickstarter for a MAX charger of 27000mAh with wireless, 3 usb-c and one usb-a, it can charge several devices at the same time including laptops. The quality of the build is exceptional.

For a charger this massive, it's not one you can put in your pocket, but for someone like me who travels and needs to keep devices charged for my job, that little inconvenience is not an issue. Very often plane power doesn't work or isn't strong enough to power my laptop. Now I won't have a problem anymore.

Actual charger is great. Unfortunately the magnetic clips for the cables are no good. If whatever you are charging is just sitting there maybe the cord will stay in, but the slightest movement will knock it out. Bad design imo

Quality. Volta 2.0 USBA cables were obviously designed from the beginning to last. No exceptions. Funny how they outlast cables from tier1 companies that manufacture the actual devices. But technology moves on, and phones are able to charge themselves in under an hour with supercharging. Enter Volta Spark. "Smart" cables that both supercharge when it knows the device accepts it and also slow charges older devices using micro usb without burning out or shorting out a device. Too bad my cables and tips decided to run away with the friends phones when they found out about supercharging. Ok Volta, I'm hooked. Volta Max it is, don't you dare skimp on quality just because they are complaining about the price. Its the internet, that's what a comment section is for, complaining. Keep it up. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's funny how your competitors can't catch up, even now...why? Quality.

Volta has now quick customerservice and you can always reach the owner. I just got my Volta Max powerbank and it works perfectly. Still waiting for the cables since they have to come from another hub but had a good experience and quick response from Adedayo, the owner himself explaing what was happening with the hubs and stuff. Would order again

My order arrived for the Volta Go Max Powerbank. Nice bit of kit and plenty of power for all my devices. Ordered extra cables, tip containers and travel plug. All set for future travelling.

I have been a customer with Volta for 5 years now.
I got the 2.0 cables, and they still work awesome!
I have backed them to get the new Volta Max cable through kickstarter, and even though there have been a lot of issues with them getting the cables shipped to their hubs, I got the new version of the cable, I can honestly say they are freaking awesome! Fast data transfer speed and super fast charging!
I cannot recommend this company enough!
I had some faulty cables (that's what can happen when you are a early backer of a product), but Adedayo have been more than happy to replace them with no cost to me. So even the customer service is top notch.

Very happy with the quality of the products I have received. The cables are very durable and the magnetic tips are extremely convenient.
Support has been great and the owner is very transparent on social media platforms and discord.
Highly recommend volta both as a product and as a trustworthy company.

I pledged to support the Volta Max on K8ckstarter. Volta has been very easy to work with. They have been transparent about both good and not so good news.

The thing that impressed me the most is that during fulfillment, a 125% was imposed and Volta absorbed it instead of charging me.

That's the sign of a great company.

I have had the same problem with the new Volta Max Cables twice now where the Tips will break, they are too fragile for normal use and the plastic inside the connector will snap, the Cable itself is too bulky and heavy for the magnets and i have had the usb c connector actually bend under either the weight or heat from charging.

I recieved my Cables from the Kickstarter campaign, which all suffered from a defect with the adhesive not being applied enough to the magnets, the companies solution was to tell people to please be careful removing the Cables and if the magnet falls out to glue it back in.

However, they did replace a Cable and the Tips twice for me but after the tip failed a second time i gave up and asked for a refund as the cables dont work, they wont refund me because i paid through Kickstarter and have ghosted me since, i have sent reviews on their site but they dont seem to be showing up, ive lost trust in the brand and will be going elsewhere.

Having invested a considerable amount on enough volta charging leads for all the devices in my household, I noticed that some of our leads no longer functioned after 12-18 months. On contacting Volta, originally I was asked to send a video demonstrating the fault in order to help with organising replacements. Having done this, I was disgusted to discover that due to a change in T & C later, the lifetime warranty claimed at the time of purchase was effectively null and void. They did not have any stocks to replace the faulty leads and only offered a discount on the purchase of their latest model. Most manufacturers keep back a stock of previous models for this very reason. For some reason, having already invested in a cable system, I'm somewhat reluctant to invest further in their products.
