Rachael was brilliant to deal with from the get go. It was an easy process and I am delighted with the outcome. I couldn’t recommend Rachael & Voltaire anymore.

Hannah and the Team in Voltaire made the entire process so easy, they took their time to explain the different options we had, we bought the engagement ring from Voltaire also and I’d be happy to use them again, all in all I’d highly recommend them for a stress free, personalised experience

Myself and my wife returned to Voltaire 10 years after they made our wedding rings for us. My wife was looking for an eternity ring to match the wedding and engagement ones purchased from Voltaire - we were looked after by Hannah who was very knowldgeable , was able to provide her own opinion on the rings my wife had narrowed it down too, and ultimetly allowed us time to review and agree on best one. We were also offer a 10% reduction due to being return customers which i found to be great, even though it was 10 years since our first visit. Hannah was great to work with and made the whole experience enjoyable, quick and professional. we certainly hope to return again in the years to come for more rings!!

From my first email interactions with Rachael I knew she was the right person to help make my dream ring !! She’s very professional, yet friendly and honest in relation to managing expectations during the process of having my ring made. The first time we collected it the design was slightly off, and once I mentioned it Rachael put me at ease straight away and said they would make a whole new ring to the perfect setting I wanted. This can be the risk you take in making your own ring little tweaks might need to happen, but it was all worth it in the end I absolutely love my ring, the service was incredible and Rachael was amazing to work with. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands/ (another ring for me !!)

I had the best experience with Voltaires recently. I am a returning customer and yet again Voltaires did not disappoint. Rachael was an absolute dream to deal with (as always). I wanted to update my wedding band, I had a specific idea in mind and Rachael instantly was able to show me some styles of what I was looking for. Initially it didn’t look like that I had hoped for would work but Rachael advised me on a way I could get the band I had in my head. I completely trusted her advice and opinion and the end result was even better than I could have thought. Thanks so much again for all the help and advice. I couldn’t recommend Voltaires enough. From the moment I contacted Voltaire to make arrangements to visit as a surprise for my wife's eternity ring for our 30th anniversary things could not have been any better. We were made to feel so special by Rachael, who gave great advice and helped my wife make an amazing choice, and even managed to arrange for the workshop to resize the ring so we could bring it back to the UK the next day. Even though this will have been a small purchase for Voltaire, to us it is priceless and everyone we came into contact with at Voltaire really understood that. Thank you so much!
