I found Emma at Voltaire really helpful and very patient with me which i needed. I felt like she really listened to exactly what i wanted and did not want. I really like how they explain every detail about the diamonds so you have a better understanding of what you are looking for. I felt Emma was as excited about this whole experience as i was which made the whole experience feel more special. Will definitely be returning for our wedding bands. Thanks again.

Voltaire have been brilliant at every stage of the engagement ring process. Rachael was able to source an incredible diamond without the upfront commitment to buy before viewing the stone in person, which was the case with other jewellers I went to. The diamond itself was perfect in every way, all due to Rachael’s knowledge and experience.
The whole process was easy and Voltaire were very accommodating and professional. The resizing of the ring was extremely quick and the after-sales service has been impeccable, which shows that they really care.

Helpful, informative and knowledgeable - Voltaire provided excellent support throughout the process of choosing an engagement ring. Coming from having no knowledge at the start, Rachael gave me practical guidance and the customer service I received was first class. My now fiancée absolutely loves the ring I chose. Couldn't have done it without Rachael's help.

When we got engaged I wanted to make sure I got the perfect ring for my fiancée and after some research we came across Voltaire diamonds. We met with them and they did an amazing job. Once we set the date for our wedding we went back to Voltaire for our wedding bands (of course). We were so happy with the level of service and the quality of the rings they made for us. We recently got our wedding bands from Emma at Voltaire diamonds and would definitely recommend! We weren't sure what we wanted in terms of design but Emma talked us through all our options until we were happy! Picked them up a few weeks later 10/10!

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Voltaire. So professional and honest and they really know what they are doing. I went in with one idea and they picked an engagement ring for me that I absolutely love. The rooms that we chose the ring in is so private and intimate and we weren't rushed at all. We bought our engagement ring and wedding bands at voltaire. Thank you to Rachel especially who I met on numerous visits and recommended my ring for me. Cannot thank you enough!

The room you choose your rings in is peaceful and relaxing. It’s not crowded like a retail space and we both really enjoyed the whole experience. We purchased our wedding bands here and we’ve both said that if we knew about Voltaire when choosing the engagement ring, we would have for sure went there. Great communication from the team. Both rings made for us in a short time period. I can’t wait for the wedding now to start wearing them!

I had done some research on buying an engagement ring before going shopping, and Voltaire was the third jewelers I visited. I was planning a surprise proposal.

Rachael explained everything I needed to know and gave me 3 options at a good range of prices. I was then able to make a decision on the diamond I wanted with the clasp I wanted. Rachael even took a look at several photos of my girlfriends hand (harder than you may think to find photos that show the left hand clearly!) and was able to suggest a ring size, erring on the side of caution so that it would fit on the day.

My girlfriend was delighted with the results, and I owe a lot of that to Rachael for all of her help. The ring fit on the day, but we did bring it back to tighten up and it was done perfectly. We will be returning for the wedding rings!

The team at Voltaire Diamonds are so exceptionally friendly and professional. I was on a solo mission and I was mainly dealing with Rachael who welcomed me and managed to create time for me between appointments. She made me feel so at ease, was really knowledgeable and listened precisely to what I was searching for. She provided me with facts and information and allowed me to come to my own decisions without feeling under any pressure. I ended up not wanting to visit anywhere else in search of a ring and ended up getting "the perfect ring" - so I'm told by my now fiancée! I have been meaning to write this review for a while. Myself and my fiancé Colm had such a wonderful experience with Rachael when choosing my engagement ring. She was so knowledgable and really determined to find me the best diamond for our budget! From our first appointment to the ring collection, was an easy experience and we can’t wait to return to choose our wedding bands next year!

I can't recommend Voltaire Diamonds enough. I spotted a beautiful ring on their Instagram page and fell in love with it when I went to try it on. Emma was amazing to deal with. She talked me through the specifications, showed me other similar rings and advised me on sizing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and put no pressure on me to make a decision. Overall, a fabulous experience!
