For a first-time experience in Paris, this with my friends was excellent. The van was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a TV on board. Our driver, Kevin, was attentive, polite, and perfectly on time. I highly recommend this service.

I would highly recommend this company.
I had booked for 20 people on our transfer and messaged the company as we had a change of flight time a couple of months before we flew out.
On the day we flew we were delayed by 1.5 hours, I informed the company and said I wasn’t sure what time we would land as there were storms hence we were delayed in leaving. We ended up being diverted to Tenerife for the night.
I kept the company informed of all the changes and they went above and beyond and had a driver waiting for us in Lanzarote when we did eventually get there the next evening

The Pick up point in Malaga was wrong in our voucher. It said Calle Jinetes, but that street is too narrow so we had a lot of trouble about contacting the Company and afterwards run through Malaga with a whole group of students to find the bus on a different address.

They were booked for us to transfer from Malpensa airport to Zermatt and back again 6 days later. Both journeys were excellent. The company kept in contact leading up to both journeys and on the day to ensure seamless and perfectly timed pick up and drop offs. No waiting around at all. No getting to airport too early or too late. Vehicles clean and driving safe and smooth with offer to stop for a break on the return trip as well as charging cables and sweets for the return drive which was very much appreciated. Safe driving, clean comfortable cars, great, prompt and easy communication led to a flawless experience. Highly recommend and thank you very much.

Everything is on time, convenient and comfortable. At the first need, contact with the support service gave the desired result. Our tour lasted from January 22 to February 12 across different countries of Europe and the UK. with 7 flights. Everywhere, transport was organized in the best way.

Overall, a very good service. Communication was very good and any queries were dealt with quickly. We had 2 trips, the first one there was no complaint, the second the driver was slightly late and also had a slight difficulty communicating where to meet. Very small issues would go with 4.5 out of 5 a 4 is to low!

Oltra ad avere un ottimo prezzo, Volubus ha fornito un servizio eccellente, inviandomi il giorno prima il nome dellautista e l'orario di arrivo.

booked this bus while I was in the UK to transfer our wedding party to the reception, just 2 miles away. When I arrived in Kos, I needed to arrange a return trip as well. On the morning of the wedding, I made a mistake with the times, but the company was
incredibly accommodating and quickly amended the booking on the day. The service was outstanding - friendly, reliable, and professional. I can highly recommend!

Vi var 31 mand, der skulle transporteres fra hotel til Palermo lufthavn.
Vi skulle afhentes klokken 18:00 - men hørte ikke noget fra bussen og kunne ikke se en bus med navnet Volubus ved hotellet. Dette blev dog løst, da chaufføren kom ind på hotellet og spurgte efter os lidt senere.

I sent as booking request for one of their buses after a previous provider canceled on us 2 weeks before our wedding. 24 hours after they have taken my money I called them to explain the urgency of the situation and to request them to let me know how likeky was for the booking to be confirmed. After three phone calls, one email and 4 day waiting any response they have now came back to me with saying they don't have any options for us. Very unresponsive and unfair they take the full amount without even knowing if they can provide the service.

I am impressed by the service that Volubus provided. I gave them a tough challenge, to transport 32 people, luggage and bike boxes from Rome airport to L'Aquila in Abruzzo. Volubus was the only organisation to make a viable offer, and it would have been easy for them to no-quote. Even when coach operators pulled out of the deal they persisted and found a new one - twice. The coach and luggage truck arrived at FCO promptly, and they were early at the hotel for departure, so we had time to load the truck with 10 minutes to spare before the scheduled departure time. Volubus provided operator contacts, which allowed me to get them to come back to Rome FCO when one of our party realised he had left his passport on the coach. I would recommend Volubus when arranging transfers, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely excellent experience. From first contact communication was excellent. We were kept well informed throughout our booking. The driver then contacted us the morning of pick up to confirm his details, where we could find him and a photo of the bus. Excellent quality vehicle too

Had 3 services for a large group organized and despite several changes until last day it was an amazing experience and everything worked well!

Both drivers arrived on time. Were very helpful and accommodating. The coaches were high quality with good air conditioning. Very pleased with the outward and return journeys.

Volubus service was Outstanding! The drivers were early, assisted in loading/unloading luggage. Provided transportation twice during vacation to Ireland on 13 & 15 June 2025. Would highly recommend, and use again! Great job!!
