Apparently my doorbell is invisible
Company contracted by Leroy Merlin to deliver sizeable home renovation materials. I have already had to reschedule my delivery twice (losing about a week in the process) because the carrier neither rang my doorbell nor called me, yet somehow managed to record in their system that they did and that I âdidnât show up.â
Customer service was rude and completely unhelpful, offering nothing beyond yet another rescheduling, despite the fact that I called immediately after receiving the automatic âimpossible deliveryâ email. They even refused to contact the carrier themselves, which is apparently too much to ask.
I am still waiting for my order. I *might* update this review if the delivery ever actually happens.
