Had nothing but amazing service from Jake and Barry at Vorsehen, it ran smoothly from start to finish. My kitchen is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

Who we are. Vorsehen is a family-run business. Our Company Director, Barry, has spent the last 25 years involved in the insurance and kitchen industry dealing with all types of projects and properties imaginable. Having worked with both the public and insurance side found that the public and trades professionals were restricted by which suppliers they could rely on for quality products and furniture at a realistic price. Over the last 5 years, we have worked closely with a wide variety of different suppliers and manufacturers from all over Europe and the U.S.A. This has allowed us to hand pick our suppliers solely based on their quality, reliability, and sustainability. This ensures that all our customers are supplied with the absolute best products, furniture, and services available. We understand how important home space is to a family and just how much of a difference the right space can make. Whether it’s a new bathroom, bedroom suite, home office, or kitchen - we've got it covered. As we’ve grown so has our family. However, our holistic, family-oriented ethos hasn’t changed; small enough to care but big enough to deliver to suit your needs perfectly. i had a very similar experience as the lady above, incorrect units order, owner was very aggressive saying it was my fault they didn't fit. shouting and screaming down the phone at me and saying i was was the one being aggressive. luckily the majority of the kitchen was paid with credit card and i was covered by them. they ended up refunding half the cost back too me to repair the mess that Vorshen had left.
As for vorsehen saying it is a fake review doesn't surprise me one bit, still have all the emails of abuse which I would be happy to show anyone, that date is wrong on here though as trust pilot wouldn't let me go back too 2022, hope that jogs your memory Barry
The false evidence your refer too and supposedly produced too my credit card company is the reason they refunded half the cost to get it fixed, with this thread you have just proven my point and the other negative reviews, argumentative and nothing was his fault. You give other good family run businesses a bad name.

false review , we have video evidence of you shouting and swearing in our showroom at a 19 year old, proof from your bank that you tried to tell them you only had 50% of your kitchen delivered, we also sent your credit card company the pictures of your kitchen delivered and also your kitchen finished, we are a family business who look after our customers, not fair when customers act like this.
There is nothing in this thread atgumentitive, we have written proof of an apology from your credit card company that you gave them false information and thankfully we were able to supply them proof of your kitchen, and your case was closed, I am sorry you felt you needed to leave a bad review however you are entitled to your side as am I to reply.i wish you well.
Nightmare from start to finish
Nightmare from start to finish ! i was told date to fit kitchen & no one turned up & was told that date was not promised , told 5 days to fit kitchen took nearly 2 months to finish . Was told i would be getting clear glass hob splash back I got frosted glass to hide join in splash back . asked for sockets for cooker & fridge freezer to be accessible for easy access to turn the off , over was hard wired & had to be changed fridge freezer socket is under plinth and Hubby id disabled & cant reach it .The clock on the oven has not worked properly since day one & he told me it was under warranty & to get it fix using warranty . I asked repeatedly for sink unit to have a back on it ( still waiting ) I pointed out sink had dent in it and Barry (owner ) agreed and took pic,s to send to manufacturer , I had to hound him for months @ getting replacement sink , he made 2 appointment to come out & discuss it & never turned up ( no call or nothing ) third time I told him I was not available between 3,30 & 4,30 he arrived at 4.10 when i was busy with visitors . He then said there was nothing wrong with the sink & when i pointed out the the fitting of the unit did not match in with the plans he got very argumentative & would not listen to be & continued to talk over me & accused me of picking faulty with the kitchen so I had no choice but to ask him to leave . I have contacted trading standards @ this company & followed there advice by send them letters with my grievances but I can not get them to fix the faulty in the kitchen & have been advised to take legal action I have asked for final receipt for all money paid to the company & he refused to give me receipt for the fitting , hes saying fitter is self employed (he told he he worked for company )but I paid the money to his company bank account
I would NOT recommend this company
