Do not spend money on this product.
I got bot reply’s to my emails upon wanting a refund.

Produkt nicht vergleichbar mit Konkurrenz in der gleichen Preisklasse. Nach selbstbezahlter Rücksendung wird das Paket in China nicht entgegengenommen... Nach mehreren nicht möglichen Zustellversuchen kommt das Paket zurück. Keinerlei Kulanz oder Verständnis. Herausgeschmissenes Geld.

Having spent time looking for an average priced hairdryer I found vortehair. I looked at their range and of course their trustpilot scores.
It was only when I didn’t get my parcel that things started to go wrong . I delved deeper and found that the trustpilot scores were incorrect and that other people have had terrible times.
I went back to vortehair and they stated oh you have received it ( with a photo of delivery) I asked where and they gave me my address… well that item in the photo was delivered 220 miles south of me .
Asked for money back .. eh no chance .
So I started to state consumer credit act 2015 . Still nothing . In the end I handed it all over to my solicitors for them to pursue. Guess what arrived today . A. Hairdryer . Seems powerful enough just hope it lasts longer that the couple of months that you are all saying will last.
Just remember that before that well established on line company that people use to get things delivered next day , that some things take time to reach you .
If you are worried about things from China . Check your kitchen,car and lounge appliances lol ….

The fryer lasted 6 months, then the heat setting failed & melted the attachments, 3 emails later & no reply 😡

*****Aussie HERE, PLEASE DONT BUY THIS*****I bought it , but saw the reviews and in less than 5 minutes that I purchase the product I wrote to the company asking not to send me the product and they didn’t reply. They only did reply to tell me that they sent this hairdryer and I was furious. Long story short, I sent it back as soon as I received it. I’m hopeful they return my money 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. DISHONEST.

Hätte ich mal vorher die Bewertungen durchgelesen. Ich kann mich nur anschließen das die Leistung mangelhaft ist und es keine Möglichkeit gibt den Föhn zurück zu schicken da man selber Zoll und Transport zahlen muss. Jetzt bleiben wir auf diesem viel zu teurem Billigprodukt sitzen...

Buy elsewhere! If only the return/refund policy was as good as the website ... beware it is not a UK based company as the website suggests. Hairdyer (which I have to admit looked pretty good - but some of the other reviews here suggest otherwise) arrived too late for xmas so needed to return. 7 weeks after ordering, I have JUST managed to secure a refund - but it cost me £30 to post to China and £32 pounds in customs clearance tax! The refund amount was £96! All along I had to fight to get mailing details, and the response from China was overnight and always poor. If you KNOW you won't return, then go ahead with caution. Read the reviews first! Otherwise AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Biiilge Qualität, teurer Preis. Rücksendung nur auf eigene Kosten nach China möglich. Klarna hilft hier auch nicht. Man bleibt auf der überteuerten Ware sitzen. Bloß nicht dort kaufen!!!

Worst experience EVER.
Told them it didn't work and caused an electrical arc said NO refund.
Unfortunately my daughter bought a second so we tried to return it immediately because of previous issues. Said NO.

Ich habe dünnes Haar, und dieser Föhn ist einfach perfekt! Er schont meine Haare und hinterlässt einen wunderschönen Glanz.

Ich muss sagen, der Haartrockner sieht nur edel aus, sondern fühlt sich auch richtig hochwertig an. Für mich, der Wert auf ein schickes Design legt, ist er perfekt. Echt top!

Ware wurde nicht geliefert mit der Begründung, es sei keine Hausnummer angegeben. Mails nur in Englischer Sprache. Nachdem die Hausnummer in einer separaten
Mail nochmals verschickt wurde kam nach 8 Tagen 1 Paket an. Obwohl 2 Fön`s bestellt und bezahlt, enthielt das Paket nur einen Haartrockner.
Von Vortehair wurden jetzt Bilder des Pakets angefordert.

Für die Funktionen und das edle Design ist der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt. Ich bin begeistert!

Ich liebe, wie sanft der Haartrockner zu meinen ist. Kein Austrocknen oder Spliss mehr- meine Haare fühlen sich gesünder an.

DO NOT ORDER ! They take your money but no goods arrive. I’m contacting the fraud dept of my bank. Please do not get into the situation I am in !!!

Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, bei vortehair.de zu kaufen! Das Gerät, das ich bestellt habe, hält nicht einmal annähernd, was versprochen wurde. Es bringt die Leistung nicht, die man erwartet, und ich bin extrem enttäuscht.

Ich habe versucht, das Unternehmen zu kontaktieren, um mein Geld zurückzubekommen, aber sie stellen sich einfach quer und ignorieren meine Anfragen. Es ist unverschämt, wie unprofessionell und unkooperativ sie sind.

Bleibt unbedingt fern von diesen Betrügern! Es ist eine absolute Zeit- und Geldverschwendung. Ich bedaure es sehr, dort bestellt zu haben!

Achtung..nichts kaufen..es ist überteuerte Ware für schlechteste Qualität. Rücksendungen sind nicht möglich.auch nicht,wenn der Föhn defekt ankommt.
Sie erstatten nicht mal dann den Kaufpreis zurück..es ist eine perfekt gefakte Webseite..aber es sind Betrüger. Bitte unbedingt die Finger weglassen
