In Dublin they changed us the hour of a dinner with typical Irish music and dance only a few hours before the experience. And no only this, when you have all your trip organized, they didn’t give us any facility for returning the money. Thanks to Give your Guide, maybe we can solve this unexpected situation.

Voxcity refused to refund the tickets, even though the event was closed.

If there was a half star I would have used it. I’m so disgusted with the ethos of this company. They are happy to take your money but not willing to support you as a customer. Would have liked a refund but it clearly says no refunds so I accepted that. But I couldn’t attend the guided walk I booked for my husbands birthday and they outright refused to change name on lead ticket. I will never use them again and would recommend others avoid them too.

Pessimi. Mi hanno fatto riservare un museo con audioguida a un determinato orario, peccato che il biglietto per l audioguida sia arrivato IL GIORNO DOPO e che non mi abbiano comunicato che in realtà non mi avevano riservato nessuno slot orario ma che avrei dovuto fare la coda… riassunto? Tanti soldi spesi, audioguida non pervenuta e tempo perso pensando l attività fosse ad un preciso orario!

Pessima esperienza, avevo prenotato un tour in una città, purtroppo 2 giorni prima ho avuto un problema medico con tanto di certificato e terapia per i successivi 6 giorni. Non mi hanno ne rimborsato la spesa e nemmeno dato la possibiltà di spostare il tour a una data successiva. Ladri

Total scam. Never use.
These guys also represent other scam websites which sell tickets to Vatican Museum, St Peter's Basilica, Colloseum and Forum Romanum three times more expensive than original price.
Also beware of timings : 3pm tour entered the St Peter's Basilica after 5pm !

Awful experience. Paid £55 for two people tour of Pompei and turned up to them not having any tickets for us and still no refund even though I reported this beginning of March. Absolutely disgusting that they can charge you and not have tickets on your arrival then make it impossible to get a refund. Would never book again feels like a scam

The company is a scam. They changed my tour time and stole my money when I told them I couldn’t do the time their system changed it to.

Booked for the walking tour of the Houses of Parliament and the system they used changed my times and then refused to refund. They clearly take advantage of tourists. The tour was nothing special either as the guide met me at the building and then just left me to it.

Do not book with this company.

Ottimo servizio incluso nell’acquisto del tour della casa di Giulietta. Personale molto cortese e gentile. Estremamente comodo per ascoltare l’audioguida direttamente dall’altoparlante del proprio telefono o dalle cuffie (molto più igienico delle solite radioline e cuffie che si trovano solitamente in questi casi).
Molto utile anche la mappa con audioguida per effettuare un tour in totale indipendenza (possibilità di scaricare tutto per accedervi anche offline) con tutte le principali attrazioni della città di Verona.

Had an amazing time! We even got professional photos taken and they turned out great! Amazing staff, great audio tour, and lovely cafe. Would recommend!

Don’t bother. Booked a tour of The Colliseum for whilst in Rome as another company cancelled the one we had. This bunch are more than happy to take your money but don’t bother to tell you seemingly important information such as the requirement to take ID (not during booking process or on the ticket). Other websites tell you this but this bunch don’t.

Ablolute bunch of clowns, and if they don’t refund my tickets I will be taking legal action.
