What a great company! Their customer services is great - very prompt, very professional, and with outstanding follow-up. I ordered 2 pieces from Voyage Luggage and couldn't be happier!

Fast turn around and delivery - great quality product and communication from company.

I ordered two items - a suitcase and a tote bag. The suitcase came within a few days of ordering - earlier than scheduled, well packaged. The tote bag came much later, by no fault of Voyage as it was shipped directly from the manufacturer. I was unaware of this so I reached out to Voyage to inquire, and Peter promptly replied promising to look into the matter. Once he got additional tracking information, he relayed it to me and also personally tracked it to ensure I received the delivery. It was finally delivered, not as well packaged as the suitcase from Voyage. the customer service was impeccable and I appreciated the consistent follow-up and the personal assurances.

I recently bought a Tumi backpack and prior to buying I had a special request to have a 5 letter monogram on the bag instead of the allowed 4. The letters on my name are all thin and 5 letters fit in the space. I contacted the Voyage help center and Peter Morot went out of his way to work with Tumi to make that happen. I love my backpack and I am very happy with my experience with Voyage.

At that point, it was a no-brainer. I purchased the luggage Peter recommended.

I recently placed an order for the NOBL Carry-On and accidentally selected green instead of black. I immediately sent an email hoping to correct the color, and within minutes, I was connected with Peter.

Peter quickly updated my color preference, pushed the correction to my account, tracked the shipment, and even provided a shipping label—all on the same day!

I found Voyageluggage when I Goggled where to purchase Airwheel Robot that I was looking for, they have the Best price so I went for it. It arrived in a timely fashion with free shipping. Unfortunately the battery will not charge, contact the customer service and a new battery was received within 3 weeks as promised.
This is not a Perfect world as we know, but Voyageluggage met the expectation with the Best outcome. I will use this company again for sure, this is the Company you can count on! 👍👍👍

Please buy without any doubt. Honestly, was a little apprehensive while placing order as the price they offered was simply unbelievable (way below the lowest available anywhere else online or in-store), so initially thought could be a fraud :) but got quite a deal, far better than from brand's outlet. Atleast 25-30% lower the lowest available. Besides they charged absolute zero tax and zero shipping. Bought TUMI Bag just for ref. Great experience and customer service. I’d say one of the best from start to finish. We have several of their pieces. We bought one that was just a tad too big. They handled the return and the new order to try one smaller seamlessly. I highly recommend their products with no worry should you get it wrong.

First of all I received the wrong size of the luggage and I contacted the customer service. Then Peter Morot took care of my case professionally. I got the correct luggage yesterday and am so happy now.
