The internet connection worked all the time everyehere I was. That's great!

Easy to download. Seemed very simple. But the e-sim was supposed to activate upon entering the country, and it didn't. I was not able to get it to activate and had to purchase a physical sim the day after arriving in Italy.

I use voye for years now and im very satisfied, very responsive and helpful and the sim is amazing, thank you!

I never managed to get a decent connection during my stay.
Even when I did connect, the speed was so slow that I ended up using the Wi-Fi at the airport or in my hotel.
I had quite a bit of my data allowance left over.

Could not get e SIM to work

i only agree to fly and have Voye sim - in all countries i have beeb it worked great everywhere including at the sea in Vietnam !! while others that had other esim fro other countries could not speak- i used it freely - Thanks Voye !!

eSIM didn’t work in Spain for websites. After three conversations with their team, I requested to cancel and be refunded. They kept promising that someone from the relevant team will contact me, which didn’t happen. Scam vibes, keep away.

Customer service is something the company needs to learn about.
No ability for sms or clls.
No giving a warning about ending a package.
Throwing all the responsibilty on the client.
You are thowing money and giga for nothing.
The company will collapse if they create a new package for a customer that sill have 6 giga out of the 8.
Stay a way from Voye !!!

אני טס לארהב וקיבלתי 2 איסימים של 3gb כל אחד.
לא הצלחתי להיכנס לאתר ולהתקין את האיסיים בגלל בעיה במחשב שלי ולא קשור לאתר
פהיתי לשירות לקוחות בוואצאפ וענה לי נציג בשם "רם" ירם ראה שיש לי כמה איסימים שבעבר לא ניצלתי במלואם והוא פשוט יצר לי 2 איסמים חדשים שאחד עם 10gb ואחד עם 17 gb
חייב לציין ששירות מהיר ומשמם עם פינוק ללא בקשה בכלל.

Bought an eSim in Thailand that didn't install properly, so I bought a second one and now I just landed in Spain and Again the eSim I bought for my 15 days Euro trip won't install. Contacted them and it's been an hour without response! I'm not buying a second eSim if that's the plan! I'm very upset with this company and do not recommend.

Best customer service I have experienced in a while. Didn't know it existed still. I accidentally ordered and paid twice, but did not activate my e-Sim yet. Was refunded rightaway. Clear answers and to-the-point solution to my issue.
