Ground floor for disability access was a plus. Only problem is the upper unit making too much heavy walk early in the morning. No air conditioner.

They were accommodating as I couldn’t walk steps and quickly located another unit. Beautiful place, lots of room and we even hosted breakfast for 20!

Montreal by night

It was a bit hard to find the place, but the room was cosy if a bit small and the bathroom had all we needed. The instructions were easy to follow.

Small cozy spot

We had issues with the place we stayed


We had issues with the place we stayed as it was totally not clean. To be honest it was gross. VRBO helped some but in the end we didn’t get much of a refund. I will be hard pressed to stay at a VRBO again. The place we stayed was rated as a 9.0 which really makes a person question the reviews.

I was unable to adjust the dates

I was unable to adjust the dates. I have a screenshot of a call that took 1 hour 54 minutes because NO ONE took responsibility for the reservation.
This was after at least five phone calls and multiple attempts with a useless chat bot.

The location was great

The location was great, and the view exquisite.
What was disappointing was preparing for a bbq the first night and opening the gas powered bbq only to find a rusty and dirty grill. I would highly recommend that either it be replaced or cleaned appropriately before a new guest arrives. Also, the use of the outdoor spa needs to prepared prior to a guest arriving. If a guest does not own a spa and is not aware of the maintenance and preparation of the water, it is not appropriate to assume the guest will figure it out. PH level, water quality, chlorination level, etc need to be verified by the owner prior to rental. Those are the 2 suggestions that I would make but other than that all was great.

Easy to use!

Accurate listings and descriptions of houses or places. They are what you see in the pictures when you get there. Easy to use app and to book and connections to property manager.

The house was very nice

The house was very nice, but we were given the wrong address and wasted over an hour trying to get in. The host was unavailable for an emergency. A neighbor directed us to the correct entrance.
