Very polite, comunicate well and practical when needed. They seem to have their heads screwed on straight. I would recommend them.

Customer service is fantastic with wealth of experience. More friendly and knowledgeable than main dealers.
Items arrived well packaged with plenty of notice.

Great service, delivery lead time longer due to covid but all parts arrived including an addition I'd made at a later date, car now serviced and wife v. happy!!

I placed an order for brake pads and sensors. By mistake, I did not order enough sensors. The following day, I was contacted to make me aware and offered to have them added to my existing order without the additional cost of postage

Had the pads fitted and they are top notch

For communication I would score higher, but as the item i paid for isn't in stock and there is no way apparently of knowing when it might be again, very disappointing, why have items available on the site that aren't!! Just say out of stock, as what I have purchased is a Christmas present ill have to look elsewhere once I finally receive my refund.

As I said I was contacted by email fairly quickly so that was good.

Ordered a 'genuine' VW Tiguan rear bumper protector. Received a bumper protector made by RGM available directly from them and other distributors at a lower price. I was told the part came through VW UK who eventually told me VWUK had the part made by a third party and 'tested and approved' by VWUK. Went back to Mark Pitt of VW Motor Parts who attempted to explain that this was a 'genuine VW part.' Just in case you are having this fitted by them or you buy it to fit yourself be advised that you can save approximately £20 by purchasing elsewhere. RGM does not claim this to be a genuine VW part and neither do the other distributors which is very honest of them. Also, VWUK avoid stating it is a 'genuine' part in email correspondence. Mark Pitt did offer a £6.05 goodwill refund but I refused and he asked me to direct him to where I found it cheaper ie Direct Car Parts, but he has not returned my email of 20/10/20 and it is now 10/11/20.

Touch up paint ordered. Email clarified whether needed paint for body or roof (different colour). Once confirmed dispatched promptly. Great.

Only place I could find OEM VW Mk6 Gti floor mats. Turned out they were on back order from VW however I was given the option to cancel my order or wait. Company kept me up to date and they arrived in stock shortly after. Posted out very quickly. Mats are perfect and had a great discount. Highly recommend this company for VW parts. Thank you

I dont usually leave reviews but these guys were fantastic getting my DSG service kit, received a phonecall when there was a querie and also an email. Once resolved the order was dispatched and I received it the next day. Great secure packaging and the best price I could find online for genuine parts also.

Amazing service. Spoke to them on the phone as was unable to find what I was looking for on the site, he check an found they had stock, added them online an emailed me the link in no time at all an I got them sent out that day! Would highly recommend.
