Thank you!

I did not receive my package. The delivery company said they delivered it, but I was home the entire day, no neighbours received it for me, so there is no package. I paid and got nothing.
Update:
After letting the company know about the delivery issues, they quickly got in touch with the delivery company, and received it shortly after.
Great response to an issue. Thank you!

Good morning, Thank you for alerting us to the fact that you had not receive your order through your trust pilot review.

As soon as we heard you had not received your item, we contacted the courier to immediately resolve the issue for you.
It appears the driver had delivered your item to an incorrect property on 03.07.20.

We immediately arranged with the courier for the item to be collected and re-delivered to you, which our tracking now shows as delivered to you on 09.07.20.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with your order.

Should any future orders unfortunately experience any such issues, please do let us know via email or telephone so we can deal with the issue/courier as its arising and obtain a much quicker resolution for you.
