The political theme just doesn't work and I've had no response since Feb 2nd. Now, my Wordpress says there's an update, but, I can no longer download the theme!

*EDIT: I've just been contacted and I am hopeful we can resolve things in a good manner. If so, I will consider to rewrite my review.

Support is non-existent. I tried e-mail, chat, online form, and facebook messenger, but got no response whatsoever. The payment for the (faulty) Wordpress Theme I purchased went very smooth though

They return back quickly for my answer about preloading's color.

The broadcast theme requires pre-loading various elements (such as a webshop, which you might not even use). Installing it myself wasn't possible. When using the example elements, I ended up with a chaotic page. The company offered to help, after which I gave them access to my site. A day later, it turned out they had deleted my entire site. Years of work lost, and worst of all, I lost access to my site. And they had only installed a standard WordPress theme. Fortunately, I had a backup through my provider, so I was able to regain access. I consider the 40 euros I paid for the theme a waste. So think twice before doing business with this company.

Le support a pris le temps d’analyser en profondeur chaque point signalé, d’apporter des correctifs précis et d’intervenir efficacement jusqu’à la résolution complète des problèmes. Les mises à jour ont été effectuées proprement et les améliorations apportées ont réellement stabilisé et optimisé le thème.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié leur réactivité, leur disponibilité et leur engagement à trouver des solutions concrètes.

I've run into technical issues already and I've only just started working on my site with the Kids Pro theme. Simple processes that should be seamless: are not. VWThemes speak a good game, but fail to deliver. VWThemes so far, have caused me frustration and wasted time!! The support is lousy: unempathetic, unprofessional & not keen to provide the required and necessary help. Oh and I forgot, not prompt at all. VWThemes should really have 24/7 live support given its lousy products!

Great support, they have very good themes and resolved my issue very fast

I am very impressed with VWThemes! Their themes are beautifully designed, with excellent use of color and fonts. The design is creative and visually appealing, and their web designer did a great job bringing my ideas to life. The team was professional and delivered exactly what I wanted. I truly appreciate their work and highly recommend them!

Don't buy from here if you want quality! They don't respond in time, they set up calls but then they do not join the call.

The Theme itself does not work properly, they promise pro features but you actually lose features from trial version after installing the pro version. :) Don't even try to get in contact with them, they are SCAMMERS!

Estoy usando el tema VW BAKERY, pensé que sería más sencillo de usar, pero cuando no puedo resolver el problema acudo al soporte y siempre me han respondido y resuelto el problema.
