Do not use this company as they take your money and don't deliver your order.

I ordered 3 microwave egg poachers as advertised.
The biggest mistake I have ever made. Total rubbish didn’t do as advertised. If I had bought them on Amazon I would have returned. They are in the rubbish bin. Also it took 3 weeks to arrive.

UPDATE: I have now received a response and they've updated my address, what a shame though, that a poor review was the only way to contact them. Hopefully the product isn't as poor quality as others here have noted...Will update again when I receive it!

I clicked to purchase direct from a facebook advert and my money was taken instantly but I was provided with no email receipt and tracking. I still don't know if I have been scammed or the product is genuinely on the way. Ordered peptide serum toner serum. Supposed to work wonders. Took forever to arrive, then realised it is from China. Looks nothing like the advert. 2 small bottles of watery liquid with a gold shimmery solution. Put some on. Nothing happened. Just a residue of shimmer. Don't waste your money. I have tried so many times to double check the sites I am buying from are legitimate. Unfortunately this is the second time I have been caught out. Please do not waste your money. Will now go through the lengthy process of trying to get a refund!

Not as advertised
I paid for the 75 soft challenge diary that was advertised via Facebook. What was advertised vs what I just received is not the same in any way shape or form. Absolute waste of money!

Zero customer service! No reply’s to numerous emails ! Non delivery of goods though payment taken! Noted that Amazon uses their services! Perhaps they should check on their credibility! Fair trading should be notified! Personally ! would not deal with with vyjoy again a completely shoddy service! Plus forget asking for a refund you’ll not get a response!

Ordered No-Pump vacuum storage bags. After waiting weeks they arrived today. What a disappointment, don't work and cheap plastic, a complete waste of £36. Nothing at all like the advert, unable to find again on Facebook. Don't buy from thus company.

The company took money for 2 items rather than the 1 I wanted to order. I emailed to cancel the unwanted item strsight away and get money back but got no reply. No idea when the items will arrive. It has been weeks. Don't buy from this company!
