This is the second jumper I've ordered and as with my first order the quality is fantastic not only does it keep my dog warm he looks great

I’ve been a Wag and Wool customer right from the beginning and I love the design, natural materials, comfort and fit of these jumpers.
The quality is great and the customer service is excellent, unlike the big companies where you never speak to a human being.
I’m very proud and happy to support a small British business like Wag and Wool.

They were super sweet helping me with the sizes and shipment. I will definetly recommend there products they are 100% lampswool and the workers are super helpful and polite. I will buy again soon :)

Great product, had tried other dog jumpers before but this outwins them all: great design, very stretchy, my pooch does not complain when putting it on, and 100% wool so I know it works and keeps him warm. & the neighbours have commented ! Well worth the money.

Wag & Wool went above and beyond to quickly deliver a different size after the jumper I ordered was too big, before I'd returned the original. They are so cute and well made I ordered a second one in another colour!

The product was cute but the website was poor - the colour selectors didn’t work and I ended up having to just pick a random one. Also didn’t have many details on sizing so I had to pick one of the sizes at random as well.

Purchased the matching set, Jumper, Collar and Lead, excellent quality, good fit (true to size) and gorgeous colour, Happy Dog and owner

I cannot praise this company enough. The L sized jumper I ordered for my Cockapoo Bailey, was far too small, so I emailed to say how disappointed I was at having to send back. This was on a Sunday, I received a prompt response on the very same day, quickly followed by a return label under separate email. Posted back this morning and a refund has already been issued 45mins after I went to the post office! Guys, you deserve Customer Service of the Year! Well done and I look forward to notification of bigger sizes to fit my (larger than the average) Cockapoo. Thank you

I have been looking at these dog coats and matching human accessories for a while now. My mum gave me some Christmas money so I thought it would be the perfect chance to purchase something.
I can’t tell you how happy I am with the products I have. They are even better than they look on the website. Such amazing quality and look beautiful!

There had been an issue of non delivery. The customer service was excellent and very polite in sorting the problem out. The Christmas decorations Pumpkin & Friends look fantastic

I ordered the Pumpkin, Smiggle and Ernie Christmas tree ornaments. They came in a beautiful gift box with a gold ribbon on that made it even more perfect as it felt so Christmassy opening it. The ornaments are great quality and really do resemble each of the dogs. Delivery was quick which is a bonus.
