Good service and well looked after through a wrong order on my part

The quality of the ornaments was great -- the recipient of the quartet of ornaments was very pleased.

I made a mistake in my order and forgot to put the house number. I was contacted and it was out right straight away.

I purchased the Pumpkin and Friends Charity Christmas decorations from the Company - excellent quality and design

Easy to order and arrived promptly. The design and quality is outstanding and fits my dog perfectly. Love the fact it is made in UK from high quality wool. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Great service and the tree ornaments

I received my beautiful jumpers which look fabulous on my toy poodle Lily. She has received lots of compliments and has become even more of a princess 🤣 I had a lot of conversations with the shop about sizing as Lily fell between a small and a medium, they were very knowledgeable and extremely kind in helping me. I now have 3 winter jumpers for her that fit her perfectly. Will definitely be buying more.

I ordered a set of three wooden Christmas baubles which 'Wag and Wool' have made for 'Pumpkin and Friends Charity'.

The baubles are just beautiful, so much attention to detail. I have actually met Pumpkin and Smiggle and the baubles look so much like them.

I absolutely love the scarf and jumper combo! Whenever we're out with the dog someone always comments on how cute the matching set. And I know the dog has appreciated the jumper in this cold weather too!! We'll definitely order again!

Couldn’t resist getting a collar & leash set after receiving a scarf and dog pullover for my birthday. I love them so much, such a statement piece for my wonderful golden spaniel. unique and well made, very surprised by how sturdy the leash and collar. Thank you for all the help with sizing too!
