Thank you for your feedback and for choosing the WAGNUM Elite Air Boots!
We're glad to hear they worked perfectly for you right out of the box. As for the issue your partner experienced, we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
Weâve since been in contact with you and are happy to hear that everything is now working as it should. It turns out the issue was simply due to the air hose not being fully connected, which can sometimes happen with a first-time setup. Weâll take this as a reminder to make our quick-start instructions even clearer moving forward.
If you ever need support, donât hesitate to reach out, we are here to help. Enjoy the recovery!

Great product from a great reputable company. We purchased the compression boots. My daughter is a track athlete and uses these 1-2 times a day. For the price they work great. As good as the name brands which are 4x the price.
We have purchased from this company in the past and our product broke within the warranty period and they replaced the product no problem which is why I was happy to purchase their products again. Highly recommend.

The WAGNUM Leg Pro is easily one of the best and most beneficial investments I've made. I can not get enough of it, and after suffering a ruptured achilles tendon, it has helped me through my recovery protocol. No more swelling and bruising plus refreshed legs the next day ready to go. As an active person, it is definitely a must-have. It is very easy to set up and comes with a carry bag that helps travelling with the Wagnum Leg Pro a convenience.
Highly recommended!
