I’m writing this review to help other customers make an informed decision.

My was placed on August 08, 2025. At first, I received no shipping update for a long time. After I contacted support, I was told the pods were on backorder due to an acrylic production delay and that my order would be packed.

After finally receiving the pod, it started leaking within about a week. Water runs out of the container, so it cannot be used as intended.

I contacted the shop again to report the defect and asked for a solution (replacement/repair) or compensation, and I provided photos of the issue. Unfortunately, my complaint has been ignored so far, with no reply and no resolution.

Delays can happen, but a leaking product combined with no response on a clear defect is very disappointing. I’m willing to update this review if the issue gets resolved properly.

The nest we ordered was good quality but a part is missing. I have tried to contact them but no response!! Very annoying!

Placed an order on the 8th its now been 10 days without any form of response from the seller even when chased.

What a waste of my time.

I ordered the medium complete set up with full gypsum nest and outworld.
Firstly, the nest itself it top quality, it looks and feels like a premium product, I'm impressed with it.
The outworld also looks great, but there was a small problem with the screws. They are an Allan key type of screw and the holes they drill to receive them are very tight. The Allan key they supply (i'm being polite here)
Seems like it's made of chocolate and rounded off after a couple of minutes use leaving me with a problem, I'm lucky that as a joiner I have access to top quality tools but yhe damn screws were so difficult to drive into the plastic connectors. In the end, I put the connectors into a cup of very hot water for 10 minutes before use and this softened up the plastic enough to drive the screws in quite easily.
Personally, I'd change the screw heads to a phillips type as nearly everyone has a decent phillips screwdriver and won't be left frustrated with a sub standard free Allan key.
I would have given 5 stars for the quality and build of the two items if it were not for this.
Fabulous nest, great outworld, once the problem was overcome.
Postage was really fast too.
Would recommend Wakooshi products all day long.

Only good experience with wakooshi never had a problem makes great nests and all my ants have flourished in them even tougher sp like bull ants

All-round excellence.

So I purchased items relating to ant keeping and realised i needed to get one more item from their store, however I had already made the order. I contacted via their chat room and asked if the order could be changed with an additional item. They replied immediately and stated yes of course. Using Messenger i was able to change the order and pay the outstanding balance extremely easily (even the initial order was a really easy experience paying on line - very slick system they have). Bottom line, very quick and efficient ordering and customer service. 5*

Been buying ant nests/outworlds/accessories from Wakooshi for a few months now. Great quality and my ants love them!
