***2nd UPDATE: Manager Jack rang asking if I'd like to amend my Trustpilot review, now they've refunded. He sounded very customer-focused and empathetic; a shame I didn't deal with him from the outset, had I done so, my initial review would likely have been different. Thus, I have increased my review to 2 stars, as it took them over a month to refund me for a faulty product, and the amount of calls, emails, photos and hassle it took to achieve this was unacceptable. It was only actioned after my initial Trustpilot review!
I expect far better customer service from a company who regularly supply trolleys to chronically ill people with mobility issues. Thanks for listening, Jack. ***

***UPDATE: Spoke with Manager Jack who finally sorted the refund and stated he won't need to pick up the faulty trolley. ***

They sent a faulty product out. When I first tried to use it, it caused me painful spasms. I sent photos that were emailed to them asap, and have made over 13 telephone calls to try to get a refund and for them to collect this useless product. They agree it is faulty, but I'm still waiting a refund. They're full of excuses (Michael) and have zero customer service skills; very brusque and quite rude. They take money off disabled customers, cause delays and make excuses as to why their couriers haven't attended to pick up their faulty, shoddy product. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I had a problem with my shopper and phoned for help . The very next day I received my parts . Absolutely brilliant service and after care . My friend' and I always buy from them . Thank you so much for your support and advice . Mrs Mary thorpe .

Cant recommend this company enough. I purchased my first trolley three years ago which was the ultimate shopper and have used it almost every day since and I could not have managed without. I’ve recommended these walkers to so many people and A few of my friends have gone on to buy them and say they don’t know how they managed without them. I’m now going on to buy myself another walker but am planning on the sovereign this time as I have every confidence it will be just as good as my previous trolley. My first trolley still has a lot of life in it yet so I am passing it on to another friend and my only reason for buying another is because I’ve seen some new colours I like. I really do recommend this company to anyone considering buying a walking aid with seat and ample room for shopping

Easy to order and good quality. The trolley is easy to use and very stable. Doesn't take up much space even when opened. The variety of styles and colours allows many choices. I would recommend this product and this company. The accessories are brilliant as well, you can even replace the bag without having to replace the frame. Making this product well worth the cost.

It took me a while to get around to buying one of these trolleys due to my pride and the stigma of walking with a trolley. I soon got over that and do not regret my purchase one bit. Great piece of engineering thank you Prestige.

Had a customer of 'Prestige Ultimate Shopper' come in to my hardware store due to a problem with the walker she purchased from them. When I called them they were extremely unhelpful, didn't know the name of the most basic components of the walkers they sell and couldn't get off the phone quick enough. Customer also said they'd been very unhelpful when her granddaughter called. Would avoid! Edit ----- the person who answered the phone was rude and extremely unhelpful! Not sure why this grotty company thinks it's relevant to point out that my shop doesn't stock their products, I never said it did! **Avoid this company - you can see their bad attitude in the response below** Also very suspicious that a majority of the 5* reviews come from accounts with this being the ONLY review they've ever written, and three all on the same day with fake pictures! Concerns have been sent to TrustPilot.

Bought this for my great aunt, she’s estastic with the product! She feels so much better about walking and has given her the confidence to move around more. Very practical and easy to use!

Purchased a shopping trolley for my grandma, seems decent quality & shipping was really fast so overall pleased.

Bought a seated shopper for my grandparents and they love it. It gave them more confidence when coming out shopping with the family and they can't leave home without one. Will definitely buy one for myself in the future!

Bought one for my grandad after his fall and its really helped him be more confident inside and outside the house. Not as quick as he was but its definitely helped! Would really recommend!

Having left a negative review several months ago I have now been asked for more information and contact details so they can ‘help me’. As they already have full email and phone details and claimed they had a ‘5 year guarantee’ but when I complained about 3 of the 4 wheels coming off told me I was outside the 2 year guarantee period I can only repeat I want nothing more to do with this company and would never deal with them again,

Brilliant product. Transformed my mum's life. I also bought one for my 95 year old uncle who is walking again for the first time. Great company to deal with. My neighbour recommended me and she has had hers for 6 years.
