Walker Dunn Surveyors レビュー

excellent experience 5 stars all around
Very good communication and Valuation was back within 24 hours

Paid for a level 2 survey and identified specific areas of concern. These were not addressed and my complaint was ignored. It came across as a case of “you’ve paid your money up front and now you’ll get what we want.

Never brought a house before and they made the whole situation easy for me. They were very fast with the survey. They answered all my questions that I had. The report came back so quickly and it covered everything that made the purchase of our new home a lot less stressful. Would highly recommend them

Great customer service, I was kept up to date and was given a very thorough and easy to read report. Excellent work!

Made an enquiry on fees after seeing a recommendation on a local FB group. When I asked the estate agent if they could recommend a surveyor they suggested the same company. I sent the survey instruction on Friday afternoon, and received a call a little later to say an appointment was available the following Monday. The survey report was then received the day after on the Tuesday, exceeding the expected 3 business day turnaround. Hannah and Yvonne were extremely helpful, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

Quick, easy and friendly to get the survey organised.
The tier 3 report provided was detailed, professional and easy to understand. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Quick and professional, provided a detailed report, easy to reach of we had any queries.

Yvonne was amazing and made the whole experience easy. Thank you.

The gentleman who came to survey our property was lovely.
There was clear communication regarding arrival time, and a confirmation phone call about 30 minutes prior to arrival.
When he came he asked a few questions about our property, and explained clearly what he would be doing.
He was open and friendly, and very respectful as he looked around our house and garden.
We had a quick chat before he left.
He was so nice, efficient and thorough, I arranged for the same gentleman to carry out the survey on the property I was hoping to purchase.
Great communication too from the office staff.
Would highly recommend.

The report was delivered in no time, with terminology that was straightforward, and the surveyor promptly returned my call, allowing me to ask questions and confirm details effortlessly.

Very comprehensive survey report and very helpful call to understand the details with the surveyor

Very detailed report including many things I hadn't even considered. They even did the survey a week sooner after I mentioned I had a short timeframe. The survey results were well laid out and easy to understand for me who'd come off of nightshift and was a bit out of it. Also incredibly reasonably priced, honestly can't think of a flaw. I'm very grateful for their services

Walker Dunn were extremely helpful, professional and quick! Throughly recommend them!

I originally dealt with Yvonne back in 2023 when we were planning on using Walker Dunn for a different property but unfortunately that purchase fell through. However the service I received from Yvonne was exceptional and memorable that I came back to her directly 2 years later for our new property.

Walker Dunn provided a comprehensive survey report in a timely manner

Excellent and professional service from start to finish. The survey was thorough, clear, and delivered on time. Highly recommended for anyone buying a property.

Easy communication, very helpful and informative will continue to use Walker Dunn

Great and quick response. Outstanding performers. Highly recommend

When our house fell through and we were to a tight deadline to get a survey done on the new property, Walker Dunn pulled out all the stops. From asking for a survey on a Thursday to getting the survey done on the following Monday, then the next day the survey was available to us is a fantastic achievement. Would definitely recommend them. They also gave us a discount because we had already used them previously. Top Firm!!
