Walker Dunn Surveyors レビュー

They did what they told me they would. They did not commit on specialised tests on gas, electrics or water but I was aware of it.
I appreciated that the house cost estimation was included in the work package.

Walker Dunn offers professional survey to me that I have used their service nearly 10 times. They keep good communication with me and offer professional and quick responses and explanation to my enquiries.
Yvonne is a super contact person and Daisy, Howard and Edward are exceptional surveyors that have worked on my projects. I highly recommend others to use their service.

Very prompt service and friendly staff. Got our survey back to us the next day which was greatly appreciated!!

Really great communication!

We are first time buyers and unsure what we needed. But from start to finish Yvonne communicated with us, they gave us examples of what we could expect. The survey it’s self is exactly what we needed, it gives us a good insight of the property. I am impressed and would recommend to all.

Detailed survey report easy to understand and friendly service thanks

Very efficient service. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for making this part of moving home easy

The level 3 survey was the most comprehensive report I have even had....saved me from a dilapidated property...Simon is the most meticulous surveyor I will not use anyone else in future.. also a shout out to admin staff who are friendy and very efficient....

Yvonne sent a quite quickly and booked in the survey in a timely manner. The report was clear and sent quickly following the visit.
Thank you.

Quick responses to email, and a fast acting company. Survey was done in a timely fashion and report received within days of the survey. Brilliant service, would recommend and use again if needed. Thank you Walker Dunn Surveyors.

It’s the second time we have used Sandra from Walker Dunn Surveyors. We were very pleased with the survey. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Edward for valuations. Experienced and accommodating

The survey was detailed and highlighted the important information which made it easy to read.

It was disappointing that the inside of the garage was not inspected because no key was provided by estate agent to gain entry.

Walker Dunn walked me through their process and gave me a quote, they were polite and communicative, upon completion of the survey they informed me and told me to expect the report within three business days but they got it to me sooner than that. The report was in depth and informative offering advice where it could. All in all, polite, quick, and not eye wateringly expensive. I am happy with what I got.

Efficient service and prompt, helpful response to simple query on Report. Thank-you!

Overall brilliant service a really detailed survey very pleased with the service

Excellent service; flexible when we needed to make some last minute changes to our booking with polite and courteous support. The survey was exactly what we were looking for, very detailed and thorough and promptly delivered - thank you!

Great Services
they provide prompt reply and arrangement of survey, and the survey report is detailed enough for consideration by buyer

Super fast to fit in and turnaround my survey. Edward was fantastic, friendly and super professional. Would highly recommend.

Sandra was approachable, professional and honest. We received a very thorough review of the property and when we discussed the outcomes with Sandra she explained things thoroughly

We contacted Walker Dunn for a quote for a survey ahead of having an offer accepted. Very quick response with quote and then when ready for the survey this was arranged within a very reasonable time scale. We received the report very quickly after this. Hard to know how accurate the survey is as only time will tell, but the report is very detailed and it certainly picked up things which we had not noticed. Very pleased based on our experience thus far.
