I still haven't received my product. Not your fault, its at FedEx Bangkok and I can't seem to get it out.

Our little girl is enjoying it. The adjustable heights and width have made it really easy to fit it on her. She’s going so fast i have to hold her back. Thank you!

Complete trash, my dog finds this uncomfortable and specifically customer service is trash. For $600, I would expect more than a 30 day warranty. I would recommend finding another company.

Walkinpets is amazing! I received a quad cart for my puppy that has a malformed front leg. The cart is well made and sturdy. It comes with adjustable pieces to tailor to your dogs height and width. It had a front harness and a belly sling. It took a while to put together but the instructions and the You Tube video were excellent. I had to call customer service and he called me back right away and then emailed me with the resources I had inquired about. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent quality, solid construction of the wheel chairs, easy to understand setup and super fast delivery. The quality is worth the investment.

We had questions on how to best set equipment up for our dog. Help was easy to get, and simple recommendations helped. Able get some additional parts to change the height of the supports. Clear instructions, quick shipping, and a great overall experience.

We were able to get a cart rather quickly. One of Jazzys vets helped fit her to it. She walks " normal" when in it vs the hippy hop she does from being a tripod. Definitely will bring a tear to your eye seeing your pup move better using a cart. We were fortunate in that Jaz took right to it. Have patience.

The customer service i recieved from Samantha and Stuart was exceptional. Samantha even took the time to find me a less expensive way to ship the parts that I needed.
They are the type of people you want to represent your company.
I have been raving to my friends about how great walkin pets customer service is and how fantastic their wheelchairs for dogs are. There was a slight mix up in one of the parts that i ordered which was taken care of within minutes of me contacting them.

The team's professionalism, the promptness to respond to my order and delivery was quick.

Was relatively easy to assemble. Greatest difficulty was fitting to our dog. She has adapted and now enjoys wearing it outside.

The company and the product are excellent. Without her wheels, my 16 year old Corgi would have been gone a year ago. She adapted to the wheels immediately and flipped herself over trying to chase her ball. A month ago, there was an issue with a stripped scew (probably my fault) that would have been difficult or impossible to repair. Not only did they honor the warranty, they replaced the unit and on top of that sent it overnight early delivery. You don't see customer service like that very often anymore.

My first review said the company would not refund my purchase. I was really wrong and apologize. The company refunded me quickly and customer service was in contact with me constantly. Thank you.

This was THE best purchase we made for our dog. He loves it! Will be buying more add ons.

helpful information when i called and fast service

My little pug is a tri-pawd, with one of her rear legs missing. She's 12 and the amputation happened this year. This wheelchair has given her the ability to move greater distances now. We are still working with getting used to it and fine tuning the fit, but she has been receptive to it so I am super happy.
Shipping was quick, packaging was secure, and product seems to be pretty sturdy and well made.
No hesitation in recommending them!

Do not allow for refunds or exchanges in the most stressful time of being a pet owner. These wheelchairs are hard to setup, the brackets come undone with the slightest of pull and my dog just falls forward. Really not pleased with the customer service of this company.

In response to your reply, I have absolutely contacted your customer support numerous times and they were not willing to assist me with either returns or exchanges. Please leave my review as is.
