It was easy to identify the replacement part and order the size. A bit expensive but this wheelchair is extending my dogs life experience. I’m grateful to have this option and know parts are easy to order.

Helped my dog learn to walk again. I’m very happy🐕

My dog tore both his ACLs. He was able to walk with just the rear wheels for the first year.
I purchased the front wheels I should have got them sooner now he's not really into it. But the front wheels really help me because once you get them in there he just hangs around. Instead of falling around.
He was really doing good. Just getting too old.

Our German Shepherd Dog has DM. This sling lets us pick up is back end and allows him to move around the house. It also helps us get him up stairs.

I will say this Wheelchair has been awesome for our newly disabled 100lb rottweiler! She lost the sensation in her rear legs and was losing all hope. It was so hard to get her up without hurting her to go to the bathroom and to eat. The doctors told us we had to make a decision, because she was declining so fast. We got her this chair and now she has so much more life! She gets super excited when the chair comes out, because she knows she's going to get moving! It gave her hope again and we see such a different in the couple of weeks having her use it! Thank you so much Walkin Pets for helping with this trying process!

The customer service was incredible. The order process was easy but there were parts out of stock and then we had a missing part. Mistakes happen but it is how you deal with them and these guys really were great - quick to respond and amazing follow through. And my dog is now walking happily! thank you
