Company appears to have closed down in spite of website still being operational. Have heard no response reguarding my overdue purchase through any channel. Posting payment dispute in lieu of response from seller.

Bought a sitz bath from Wallcann on Jan 30. Today is Feb 17 and I still have not received my order. I’ve tried calling their customer contact number, always go to voicemail. I’ve sent emails to their customer support, no response. Effectively they have stolen my money. Ironically they’ve sent email for me to “rate my experience”. Please be aware that this company is a scam.

Haven't received item purchased on the 29/01/22 Phoned and left messages numerous times and sent various emails regarding the status of the item. Absolutely appalling service. Stay away from this
seller.

Never received item and I am in the process of trying to get a refund

It seems like its a scam. No response or confirmation/ tracking email or my order since I placed my order of over $100 on 29th January 2023. Very dissappointed

Order never came.

Have tried to call, email but have got no response from them on a question on the transformer i brought from them.

2.5 weeks ago ordered a pair of compression stockings for a surgical procedure a few days later. Ordered the brand which the website said was available for immediate delivery and paid for express post delivery @ 83.56. Still have no goods and no communication. Credit card was debited immediately so have flushed $83.56 down the toilet.

Took my money, never delivered the product.

When I ordered my product, I did not receive a confirmation email but my credit card has been charged. I have not received my product. I have left telephone messages. I have written an email. I have not had a response to any of these communications. I am beginning to think this is a phoney website.

After 10 days waiting for my order, still have not received it

Nobody is there to communicate
It has been more than 2 weeks. My order is still processing and they are not replying via phone call or email. I will try to get a refund.

Ordered 5 X step up transformers on 1st Feb, didn't receive 1.any order confirmation, 2.any tracking details 3.Items never arrived, on 11th Feb received an automated email asking for Trustpilot ratings, what do you expect me to give? I called several times, no one answered and voice message said, someone will call back but no one did. Launched complaint with PayPal, yet no one responded from your company, then I sent email no response for that too.
In Australia, I haven't had such bad experience with a seller so far. Guys if you are reading this, pls beware before placing order. Exercise caution.

Good communication. Confirmed they had stock before purchase. Delivered quickly.

I am still waiting for news of the order I placed and paid for on 24/1/23

Fraud. I believe they are taking payment but no delivery of goods. That's been my experience. Any payment you make will be lost. Hopefully your bank can recover. SCAM!

My order was placed and paid for on 25th January 2023. I have received no confirmation email (with tracking number). Also no reply to response to 3 left phone messages and 2 emails. I am very disappointed and would like to know if my order will be fulfilled. Have they closed and just taken the money.

My purchased goods never came, this place is a total scam!! I rang 6 times and emailed 4 times, Nobody ever replied. I drove to the office, a closed up dingy hole in the wall.

Totally appalling service. I paid for an order and 15 days later the clinical supplies have not arrived. To make the situation worse my phone calls, emails and use of the feed back customer support options were ignored
