Excellent customer service experience!
Although my return parcel was unfortunatelyrecherchiete wonach den lost by the shipping provider, the customer service team handled the situation in an incredibly fair and professional way. Silvia from the support team was very kind, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process.
Even though the loss was not their fault, they still issued a full refund, which I truly appreciate. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful and customer-oriented service these days.

The (tiny)sheets are to thin and strechy when wet. They don't line up. When dry its does look better. Definitly not worth the high price for just a couple a meters. Never again. Better options elsewhere.

Mi sono sin da subito trovato molto bene con questa azienda. Purtroppo, l’articolo che ho acquistato non soddisfa le mie esigenze, ma tuttavia l’azienda è stata molto gentile nel seguirmi passo passo con il reso e il rimborso. Quindi la valutazione viene fatta comunque all’azienda stessa e all’assistenza ricevuta!

Je vous déconseille, j’ai testé lumalea en parallèle pour un projet professionnel au dessus au niveau de la qualité et ils vous donnent une facture pour la comptabilité c’est bien plus pratique

The illustration we chose was very detailed, well illustrated and the colors are saturated - makes for a very happy wall. We were challenged matching the repeat probably because we had a tall angled ceiling. So one most go slow, take your time and have a buddy to help. The process was well explained in both print and video. We love our new accent wall.

Ho acquistato presso il loro sito web il mercoledì, ed ho ricevuto al merce al venerdì, quindi direi tempi di consegna TOP.
Ho applicato la carta da parati nonostante fosse per me la prima volta; non nascondo di aver avuto alcune difficoltà data la mia poco manualità, ma il risultato è davvero bello.
All'interno del prodotto consegnato c'era sia il pennello, sia la colla.
Supporto clienti molto presente, hanno risposto alle mie domande molto velocemente.
Consiglio assolutamente questo shop!

La carta da parati si presenta molto leggera, quasi come un normale foglio di carta, che diventa molto difficile da maneggiare una volta bagnato con la colla. Il montaggio non è affatto facile come vogliono far credere, è molto difficile far coincidere i moduli, che se fossero più grandi sarebbero sicuramente più comodi da incastrare. Infine, le istruzioni sono veramente molto poco chiare. Si capisce dopo svariati tentativi come lavorare, ma non è assolutamente intuitivo e alla portata di tutti.
Pertanto in conclusione sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto di questa carta da parati, che per quanto siano belle le grafiche e i disegni, la qualità del materiale non è assolutamente all'altezza del prezzo.

Do Not Go Any Where Near This Company!!
We used our normal painter & decorator who has over 40 years in the business & he has said “ IT’S THE WORST WALLPAPER HE HAS EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF PUTTING UP”
The print & paper quality is appalling, the print rubs off, the paper stretches so much that you can see the joins and this is after a professional has followed the directions to the letter. When they state that this has been hand printed this is probably exactly correct as it looks like this has been printed on a photocopier in someone’s garage…..
He is so embarrassed with the outcome that he as asked me not to tell anyone who’s done it & will refuse to fit wallpaper from this company every again!!!

I ordered wallpaper from this company through Etsy and it was a great experience. Shipping was very fast, instructions were clear, the product was easy to use, and most importantly, it was really beautiful and just what I was looking for.

Let me begin by saying that Wallpaper4Beginners has been the most professional company with whom I’ve worked with on Etsy and else where for wall coverings. Not only do they offer an extensive line of beautiful paper (my favorite being the very punchy graphic design of two monkeys on a bicycle), but they are also totally on top of their game with customer service, shipping, and education about their product. Silvia was incredibly responsive when I found myself in a difficult situation while hanging my paper. She walked me through step by step process for the preparation of my walls and the use of the glue provided with my shipment. The paper was shipped very soon after I ordered, and arrived in a smartly designed “protective” box that insured my paper arrived all the way from Italy in perfect condition. The company has great designs and even greater people…I have every intention of using their product again in a future project.

La carta è di ottima fattura ha donato alla mia camera da letto un aspetto molto elegante. Ho incorniciato la carta facendola aderire a pannelli in pdf su misura: il procedimento è stato di facile eseguimento. Consigliato!

I just want to say how much I love this wallpaper. We are in our current rental for 3 years. I am terrible at peel & stick and I decided to do the glue option. Not only were the instructions incredibly easy to follow, but the quality of the paper is amazing. I didn’t go the traditional route but papered a bookcase and the back side of the bar. The communication with the distributors was quick and easy and I am so grateful that we used their products. Thank you again!

Really great quality wallpaper! We’ve now used it in two apartments and for many years. It comes off very cleanly when you need to move. It is worth the effort of putting it up as it really transforms the space!

When I ordered my wallpaper I was never made aware that it was being sent from Italy. Having paid a lot of money for the wallpaper, I then found out that I had to pay a further £90 tax for it to enter England.

To hang the wallpaper I paid a highly skilled wallpaper expert with 20 years’ experience.

Having been pasted twice, trying to get each sheet lined up perfectly on the wall with each other is virtually impossible. The sheets stretch to slightly different sizes, so the patterns cannot match. There is overlap and gaps because of the different sizes of each sheet. Some pieces of wallpaper kept falling off the wall, and lots of bubbling occurred.

In the end I had to communicate with a person at wallpapers4beginners via WhatsApp for help.

One of the replies stated: “The way our wallpaper is designed may require some unique handling, especially regarding tension when smoothing out the sheets”.

If a decorator with 20 years of wallpaper hanging experience couldn’t manage the “unique handling” required, how could a beginner be expected to do this?

Had my decorator given up, (which looked very likely at one stage), I enquired whether I could get a full refund if I returned their product. But wallpapers4beginners said they wouldn’t give me a full refund, only for the unused sheets!

This is my decorator’s review:

I am a decorator for over 20 years. Today I was putting up wallpaper which states ‘for beginners’. I’ve been wallpapering for 20 years and class myself as an expert. I cannot believe after following the instructions to the letter to hang this product, that I struggled to get it all aligned. The paste was extremely thin and paper kept peeling off the wall. (Walls had been prepped and dust free). I would not be using or recommending Wallpapers4Beginners to any other clients.

The wallpaper from these folks is high quality! The product is stunning! Working with them is easy! Delivery is fast and reliable! The final product is a beautiful room that I will love for years to come!
