The pastry was superb and with generous fillings. We opted for the starter pack with individual pies etc as it was our first order. These were great as a lunch option and easy to freeze. We will certainly order again and be happy to recommend to family and friends.

Being somewhat of a technophobe I spent a sleepless night t trying to sort my new car insurance. Once I spoke to Courtney she was great. She understood the problem immediately and put my mind at rest. She had clarified things within five minutes. This is for Courtney’s service. The company should consider an alternative means of communication. I realise you are an on-line company however there is nothing like a friendly voice on the end of a phone. This does not detract from Courtney’s service today.

I contacted your service following my renewed premium. I was concerned as it had increased despite not making any claims for my dog. I was told in a rather arrogant and condescending way that this was the price and there was no negotiation. I indicated that I was prepared to leave and try elsewhere. The agent was very quick to add that that was my choice but I would be paying a lot more as my dog was older. Where is the customer loyalty and keenness to keep customers. I am now saving £ in order to be able to cancel in the near future. Pet owners are being taken in and they have no option but to pay. It’s a form of blackmail. Very poor customer service.

Bought Hedge Trimmer it’s free safety kit and holder as a gift for my husband. He loves it. Fantastic piece of garden equipment. Light and safe to use with 60 minutes of charge time. Highly recommend.
