Really happy with the service we received from Walserve. Joe was really helpful from the start and made the whole process of getting our new boiler sorted so straightforward.

Shea and Lee carried out the installation and we honestly couldn’t fault them. They were both friendly, polite and professional, worked incredibly hard and took real pride in what they were doing. They answered all our questions and were really respectful of our home. They were a real credit to Walserve and we really appreciate all their hard work.

Our hot water system had been erratic for some time. Joe visited, identified the problem and quoted very quickly. Once the necessary part had been obtained the work was carried out very efficiently in a tidy and workmanlike manner.

Superb Service from start to finish. Joe was very friendly, very knowledgeable & sorted my boiler issue quickly and at a good price. Payment method was also made easy.

Great service!

Phoned in the morning for an elderly family member, their central heating boiler wasn’t working so they had no hot water. They attended that afternoon and serviced the boiler and left everything working.

Was promptly called back to organise a booking slot for my boiler service, Joe who was the heating engineer was a polite and attentive worker, and left the place spotless.
Will 100% be using again for the next service

Communication was excellent, diagnosed the problem with my boiler and had it up and running in no time at all. Courteous and friendly, explained everything and was at my property within an hour. Can't recommend highly enough

I highly recommend Joe at Walserve, an honest knowledgeable guy with excellent communication throughout. Pricing is always fair and he explains any problems in simple terms rather than plumbing jargon. Jobs are always neat, done to a high standard and he clears up after himself.
