Resolved my query within minutes

Got in touch via Messenger with a query about a refund. Was worried this would be a long drawn out process involving phoning up etc. Darryl was able to resolve this within minutes, much to my relief. Genuinely surprised by how good the customer service is compared to other brands.

Contacted customer service regarding a refund. Within 24 hrs I had a prompt email from Rosary who was very apologetic with her response.
Credit to your customer service department, outstanding customer service.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, no refund actioned for over a week, constantly repeating myself in messages. Warehouse customer service just need to admit to a delay or error in processing refunds, not make excuses.

Promotion code problem

I had a problem with applying a promotion code which I had received through an email, however the matter was dealt with so efficiently! Thank you to Sania and CloieBelle for resolving the issue. Great customer service!

Returns parcel got lost

Returns parcel got lost. Contacted them via iMessage service and got the quickest resolution from Rex. Everything was resolved within 30 mins!
