The engineers were very helpful and quick! They even broke down and removed the packaging from the product that I'd ordered myself from a warehouse and helped advise on some minor damage to the product. Would recommend

Absolutely outstanding service from Steve and Andy at Warm & Cosy.
They reinstalled three Dimplex Quantum heaters that had been incorrectly fitted by a previous cowboy electrician, and also rewired two electric heaters, rewired a towel rail, modified the consumer unit fuses, and correctly reinstated the peak/off-peak supplies after the previous electrician left everything in a mess.
Steve and Andy are highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, tidy, and organised. They don’t give up when faced with complicated issues — they investigate properly and always find the right solution.
I am genuinely impressed with their work and would highly recommend Warm & Cosy to anyone looking for reliable, competent and trustworthy electricians.

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from warm and cosy . From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process.

Steve has been incredibly helpful, always quick to respond to my queries, even outside of his working hours, which I really appreciate. Andy was very kind and clearly an expert at what he does, just like Steve. Both of them worked efficiently and left my home tidy and clean after the installation.

There was a small accident (which could happen to anyone), but it was handled immediately and with such genuine care. They even sent me two beautiful flower bouquets, a gesture that truly went above and beyond my expectations. They also check that all four heaters were working perfectly, which shows how much they value their customers.

I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, workmanship, and outstanding customer service.

From the very first contact with Steve every single detail of the installation of my Dimplex Quantum heater could not have been better.

After I sent a couple of pictures of where I wanted the heater installed, Steve explained exactly what the procedure would be prior to his visit and then on his arrival with Andy got on with the job without really impacting on my day to day business.
The heater was installed in the time frame Steve had mentioned and when he and Andy had cleaned up and were ready to leave, Steve gave me a quick overview on the heater and programmed it to the settings I am still using now.
All in all a true 5 star installation and heater that needs 6 stars.

Recently had an ancient storage heater replaced. Steve was very helpful during the site visit, the new heater was ordered and installed faster than I thought possible. He and his daughter fitted it efficiently and left everywhere immaculate. Follow up call the following day to ensure all was well - it is. I am indeed now warm and cosy! Highly recommended.

Steve was friendly and helpful when contacted initially and visited promptly to help with an electrical failure to our storage heaters. A thorough reassuring check was made of our system and all has been well since! Additionally a phone call was made to us the next day to check that all was well.
