Absolutely love the black lab. It was a gift for a friend that had to so goodbye to her dog.

Easy to use website (congrats devs) and phenomenal products. Soft, smell great, and stay warm forever.

I had a defective Warmie, and sent an email but got no follow up. I then responded to an email asking for feedback, and in under 10 minutes, I had a response and new replacement Warmie on the way! It arrived 2 days later even. I love these, and the customer service ended up exceeding expectations!

I originally bought slippers for my M-I-Law who lives in CT. She warms her toes in them in the morning’s, and at bedtime. She liked them so much she bought a pair for her daughter.

Just bought 2 for my daughter, and she loves one for cold to fall asleep and one for warmth.

They are well-made. We’ll see how long they last. Next up, perhaps we’ll try the little animal one’s for birthdays.

Ordered and received one of the Woodstock warmies. Quick delivery time and the item was bigger than I thought it would be!! Put right in the microwave and it is amazing. Perfect amount of weight distribution at the bottom for it to stay put where you need it to go! This purchase was for me. Purchasing more for gifts.

I purchased a Large curly brown teddy bear. It arrived in perfect new condition, with a little tag around his neck. The lavender scent is just right; calming, but not overpowering. I love it!!! I came back and ordered four junior warmies more. Highly recommend.

I purchased 3 warmies for gifts , very cute , soft and seem good quality.
I did have one problem with them - they were shipped in box without being individually packaged and not just 3 stuffed in a box and shipped.

I've bought several warmies for myself and family. We all love them, my niece and nephew have several I bought. The lavender smell when warmed up is pleasant.
One order got lost and had a quick replacement order sent at no charge

I’ve emailed 4 times and I’ve received ZERO response! Do not do business with this company.

I was told to reach out to Moore via email and they would resolve my issue with a new warming. I have now sent three emails with no response.

Great products. I've been happy with every item I have purchased from Warmies. Items are high quality and get the job done. The lavender that they use smells incredible and is very therapeutic. Definitely recommend this company!

Awful Customer Service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I placed an order, and minutes after I reached out as I wish to add something else. All I’ve heard was “I can’t” “it’s not possible” “it cannot be done”. The customer representative boldly stated that as the order was “fulfilled” (specified: this meant the “label” has been printed, they cannot be modified) there is nothing they could do. The printing of a label 5 min after ordering means “there is nothing they can do to help to help a client?!” No effort to resolve nor notable interest to do so.

I ordered a goose, chicken, and a hamster . I really wanted the goose and hamster. Also I love warmies and I plan on giving one to my cousin. This is an amazing project. I use them nightly, bravo for this amazing product.

Mein Sohn hat einen Warmie zu Weihnachten geschenkt bekommen! Er war total vernarrt in den Warmie Dinosaurier! Leider ist der Warmie in der Mikrowelle kaputt gegangen und das komplette Innenleben hat sich dort verteilt. Die Mikrowelle war definitiv richtig eingestellt. Das habe ich jedesmal kontrolliert, bevor ich den Warmie erwärmt habe. Leider nimmt Warmies sich davon nichts an. Das finde ich sehr bedauerlich. Werde definitiv keine Warmies mehr kaufen oder schenken lassen. Schade! Mein Sohn hatte leider nicht lange was von seinem Geschenk.

Trusted and fast shipping

Slippers were a gift for Christmas. As soon as I removed them from the packaging a few days later, little seeds spilled everywhere. I found a hole, not in a seam where I could have maybe fixed them. Just a straight up hole, like someone poked it.I left multiple messages through the website over 2-3 weeks with no response. I finally got through to a person on the phone by selecting "retailer" in the phone tree. She was no help at all. I guess I'm out of luck
