I have just completed my Door Supervisor Refresher course, which also included First Aid training. The course was enjoyable and delivered in a clear, easy to understand manner. The trainer created a relaxed and welcoming learning environment, which made it comfortable to ask questions and take part in discussions throughout the course. 10/10

The experience was a brilliant mixture of having a laugh and getting stuff done. He explains things very well and will not rush you but encourage you to work at your own speed to gather all the information you need to pass the course. Wouldn't change anything about the experience, Ian was a top guy and will definitely be coming back for the refresher in 3 years time.
