Ich hatte eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit warpedsense. Leider war mir der bestellte Fragment Ring in 63 zu groß und daher habe ich ihn gegen einen Fragment Ring in Größe 60 umtauschen lassen. Ich finde es sehr gut, dass es die Möglichkeit zum Umtausch gibt. Dieser hat reibungslos geklappt und der neue Ring war innerhalb weniger Tage bei mir. Ich werde gerne wieder Schmuck bei warpedsense bestellen.

Auf gar keinen Fall in die Schweiz bestellen, ich muss jetzt auf eine Bestellung von 103 CHF ganze 40 CHF Steuern & Zoll draufzahlen. Verstehe ich überhaupt nicht, warum sie das nicht für den Kunden übernehmen, wie jede normale andere Firma. Dann am besten gar nicht erst Lieferung in die Schweiz anbieten! Die Info sollte auch direkt beim Produkt stehen und nicht irgendwo versteckt. Hat mir auf jeden Fall das Kauferlebnis vermiest, werde nicht nochmal bestellen.

Bought their bracelet, and within 2 weeks the joint between the chains became loose. I kept trying to wear it but then it broke while I was in the library and now is lost. They offered me 10% discount for this which was honestly not any difference to ordering normally as you already get a default of 10% discount from putting your email in. Nice designs just really bad quality

I received a pearl bracelet from Warpedsense as a gift a few years ago and have loved wearing it ever since. Unfortunately, after about three years, several of the pearls started to fade and lose their color - even though I have taken good care of it and never exposed it to chemicals.

I contacted Warpedsense with photos, hoping for some understanding or goodwill replacement. Their response was simply that my order was from March 2022 and therefore outside of warranty. That’s it.

I find this quite disappointing for a brand that markets itself as high quality and designed to last. A premium jewellery brand should stand behind its products for longer than a short warranty period - especially when the product visibly deteriorates under normal use.

It’s a shame, because I really liked the design and the brand’s story. But quality and customer care clearly don’t match the image they promote.

I've bought rings from Warpedsense a few times now and love their unique designs. When one ring was broken on arrival, their customer service was quick and helpful, making the replacement process smooth and a Great experience. Shipping via DHL can be slow at Frankfurt IPZ, though that's beyond Warpedsenes control—perhaps alternative carriers could be considered? Overall, great experience!

Habe falsche Ware geliefert bekommen. Kundenservice reagiert auf emails nicht. Kann ich auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.. Ich drücke die Daumen, dass ich mein Geld irgendwann wieder bekomme.

Habe mir eine Kreuzkette bestellt. Die Lieferung kam nach 3 Tagen an, super Qualität und eine handgeschriebene Dankeskarte, sowie ein Gutschein waren beigelegt.

Habe meine Ware fristgerecht zurückgeschickt weigern sich mir mein Geld zurück zu bezahlen und jetzt läuft ein Inkasso verfahren gegen mich frage schon seit Wochen nach einer Wareneingangsbestätigung weigern sich mir diese diese zuzuschicken.
Unseriös würde hier niemals wieder bestellen behalten Ware und Geld ein.

I got a gold chain from them a while back, broke within 2 days, when i gorrilla glued it back together it lasted 1-2 months, that means gorrilla glue is more reliable then whatever they use, when i emailed support i didnt get a answer, even after 3 emails, many more better jewellery websites, avoid this cheap stuff.
