Ich habe eine Cuban Kette und ein Cuban Armband bei Warpedsense gekauft. Beides verfärbte innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Außerdem sind bei beiden Schmuckstücken die Schließmechanismen gebrochen. Folglich ist beides unbrauchbar. 280 Euro für nichts…

Immer gute Qualität, faire Preise und gute Lieferzeiten.
Es lohnt sich bei Warpedsense einzukaufen, vorallem weil es so kundenfreundlich ist und man sogar Handgeschriebene Dankeskarten zu Bestellungen bekommt, was ich sehr liebenswert finde.

So bad company to much money for sterling silver not real silver i was go to a juwelier wit it en it was nothing worth. I want to return the neckless en everything en what they said is that there was parfum on it? Ofcourse i dont want to smell bad stupid excuse baddest company ever now i need to pay for trash

Hello Marcos,
as described in the email, the label with the extra note "Can't be returned, once removed" was missing from your return and all items had already taken on an odor. Here we can not assume that the products have not been worn before. In addition, one of the chains was scratched and showed signs of use. It is not a "stupid excuse" that we can no longer sell the jewelry due to hygenic as well as aesthetic (scratched items). Sterling silver is also real silver used for preferably as it is not as soft as full silver. That this is 925 sterling silver is also described in the product description and you should have been aware of this when buying, as well as the price.

Ich bekam ursprünglich eine flasche Lieferung, aber der Kundenservice hat sofort absolut vorbildlich reagiert. Hier können sich so manch andere Unternehmen eine Scheibe von abschneiden! Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde definitiv wieder bestellen!

Richtig nice, dass die Bestellung so einfach und schnell ging. Sie war auch sehr übersichtlich auf der Internetseite, top!
Und die Paketzustellung ging auch sehr schnell und besonders hat mich die Personifizierung der Pakete gefreut, mit dem Kärtchen und dem Namen:)
