Still not received the goods ordered
Asking me for a review when I've still not received the items is more than a little annoying. Telephone number on website cannot be reached. Says dialed incorrectly.

Your Name is not even on our system for orders, What did you order? What name? And when? Or an order number would be helpful, If you don't contact us with a query then we can't assist you. All of our orders are sent within 48hrs unless otherwise stated.
Great service.
Always a great service even out of office hours. The handrail I ordered arrived quickly to my specification, perfect. Would recommend.

Why you would leave feedback like this is beyond me, Two times I rearranged delivery for you at a time and day that you said you would be in. Both times you where out. You have to meet me halfway on the delivery. I did absolutely everything within my control to get the Handrail to you. The fact that you couldn't be bothered to be in at an arranged time and date is clearly your fault. Furthermore We responded to your emails within minutes. Parcelforce is the courier that we use and generally it serves us well, In this case the problem doesn't come back on them or Me.
