I asked for information & a quote regarding a battery replacement & seal for my Emporio Armani watch. I received a speedy & comprehensive reply from Nathan with details on how to proceed. I had previously contacted various competitors & watch hub provided the best price, feedback & customer service. The watch was returned, working & in perfect condition - Thank you very much. I will definitely return to watch hub & would not hesitate in recommending to family & friends.

This company was able to easily and affordably repair 3 watches that had been deemed un repairable by their manufacturers repair shops. Excellent service. I now have a lot of working watches!

The Peterborough Store gave SUPER quick service went above and beyond to make sure the new batteries were put in and watches were ready as we had an urgent appointment that we couldn't miss.. Cannot recommend highly enough as the gentleman was very informative and made it a pleasant shopping experience.

I had an estimate to replace the broken glass on my Skagen watch for £80 from another company. This was so excessive I considered buying a new watch then I found Watch Hub who did a fantastic job for £25 - not the exact glass front but it looks great and stronger. Friendly service from Nathan who rang and kept me informed throughout the repair. Thank you.

Very positive experience with Watch Hub. I dealt with Nathan in the Peterborough office who kept me informed of progress for the cleaning and battery replacement for my Seiko Diver's watch. It has been pressure tested. I sent the watch by Royal Mail Special Delivery and it was returned to me by Watch Hub in perfect working condition within a week. High praise for this company.

Absolutely amazing service from the guys at Watch hub who kindly fixed my Michael Kors watch. Their customer service was second to none with friendly updates on the process and very quick return delivery.

Nathan was most helpful. Explained best way to post watch to them. Cost was as quoted , despite more parts than anticipated. Watch repaired and returned in less time than they said too. Phoned with an update and payment made by phone.

Will recommend to friends if appropriate.

What a great service!!! I have an antique Gucci wristwatch which I was told by the manufacture was no longer supported and couldn't be repaired....Not the case. When I spoke to Nathan at Watch Hub he told me what he thought needed to be done to my watch and that he could look at it with no obligation. What then followed was an extremely efficient and satisfying experience of quality service. Watch Hub contacted me as soon as my watch arrived with them, explained the cost involved (which where very reasonable) and I agreed to the work. Within three days the my watch was back with me and working perfectly.
I will certainly be returning when the need arises and would recommend this 10/10 service to anyone else.

I was very impressed with the level of service received from The Watch Hub Company, my Casio G-Shock watch failed after approximately 4 years. I found their website after a short search of the internet, emailed them and Nathan contacted me the following day and talked me through what his company could do to repair
my watch. I sent my watch via Royal Mail recorded delivery, which was recived 2 days later I had a further phone call to say that they were in the process of repairing my watch and would be returned to me in a few days. I was well impressed!

I have a Tag Heuer and was pretty frightened off by their prices to service my Aquaracer. Finding a trustworthy watch repair service that were not going to charge my silly money was a challenge. But I didn’t want to entrust a very sentimental watch to just anyone. I did a good bid of homework and contacted Watch Hub. I spoke in detail to Nathan who provided a good description of the work he or one of his colleagues would do on my watch to service the mechanism and to restore the case and strap to a very acceptable state. Well I was not disappointed. The communication was perfect and my watch arrived back today next day delivery and well packaged. All good. Watch works perfectly and the case and stainless steel strap have been very well restored to virtually new condition. Highly recommended.

I had searched for a watch repairer near to home in Edinburgh to replace the glass on my Maurice Lacroix watch. The nearest I could find was in Glasgow and they told me it would probably take about 3 months to carry out the repair. After a search on the internet I chatted online with Nathan and sent a photo of my watch. He was confident that Watch Hub could complete the repair fairly easily and within a month for a very reasonable price. I sent my watch by recorded delivery and Nathan called a couple of days later to discuss the work and to offer additional battery change and a deep polish to remove scrubs and scratches. It wouldn’t add a great deal to the repair price so I went ahead. A few days later Nathan called to confirm the repairs were completed and he was sending my watch back. It has just arrived and it looks brand new. I am delighted - excellent service, excellent workmanship, excellent value for money.

I was amazed at the speed and quality of the service. It was really helpful that they phoned me the day my watch arrived and discussed exactly what to do, then posted it back the same day. Very highly recommended.

After my local watch repair facility kept my watch for three months and then told me it could not be repaired, I happened upon the Watch Hub.
The contrast was like night and day - chalk and cheese - and any other phrase that conveys the same message. The Watch Hub motto would appear to be 'YES WE CAN!' Great result! My favourite watch repaired, very quickly, and at a very acceptable price. Absolutely no negatives to report. Highly recommended. No hesitation in using them again, and passing on the good vibes to all my friends.
