Watch Brothers London レビュー

Ben Watch Brothers is the North Star of watch buying experience. Communication had always been smooth and Ben was always on top of everything. He took great care of the watch, it arrived exactly as pictured. In fact the watch looks a lot nicer in person. Ben also went above and beyond by helping set the perpetual calendar before shipping.

Shipping was awesome too. The watch had four layers of protection. With customs and everything, it arrived within 2 business days from UK to US via FedEx overnight.

I’m on the way to purchase my 2nd watch from them!

I’ve been collecting watches for over ten years and Ben is as professional, honest, communicative, and passionate as they come. Highly recommend doing business with him with zero hesitation!

Excellent communications, smooth transaction, and perfect delivery. To give some context, I am in Malaysia and WBLDN is in the United Kingdom. Making a significant purchase from the other side of the world can be daunting, but Ben was patient, reassuring, and had a fantastic references. Despite the time difference, Ben remained courteous, patient and accommodating.

We made an agreement on terms, I completed payment and waited near six weeks for my friend to travel from Malaysia to London to complete a local pickup. The whole ordeal was smooth, painless and not once was I worried.

I would highly recommended Ben and Watch Brothers London -- they certainly know their watches and (given the right watch) I will most certainly be a repeat customer.

Ben has been a true gent and helped me navigate the world of neo-vintage with little to no experience before messaging him. He has been extremely efficient and patient and was also willing to wait for a few months and reserve the watch whilst my funds came in to pay for the watch. Service has been simply amazing and would recommend anyone to reach out to him!

It has been great dealing with Ben from start to finish. Very quick to respond to questions and the watch I bought was exactly as described. Highly recommended.

Doing business with Ben has been a 10/10 experience. From the contact to the quality of the pieces, everything was perfect.

I highly recommend watchbrotherlondon for your next purchase !

Watch Brothers London is one of my go-to watch dealers in the UK. He always has original pieces but never sacrifices on quality. Only the best of the best from Ben!

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality, original and beautiful timepiece.

I’ve now bought a number of watches from Ben and every time I’ve had a fantastic experience from start to finish! His deep knowledge of some niche areas and willingness to educate have helped me a lot, as well as his ability to locate some extremely hard to find pieces. I hope to do more business with the team in the future!

Amazing seller! Trustworthy and only sells high quality watches they personally inspect. Have bought over 4 watches now from them and each transaction was easy. Theyre very good at communication, providing clear documentation and photos and very knowledgeable.

Had a great experience with Ben! Superb communication from start till finish, and the meet up felt safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Having recently bought a gorgeous 3940P off Ben, I cannot recommend him more. His professionalism and knowledge offered throughout the entire process was unmatched, and he made the transaction as seamless as possible. Ben is an expert in his field, and I very much look forward to my next dealing with Ben and the wider team at Watch Brothers London.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a watch from Ben at Watch Brothers London. He is extremely friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Doing business with a stranger is always intimidating. However, his reputation precedes him and I quickly found out that he is well respected and known among vintage watch dealers and enthusiasts alike.
He describes his pieces better than anyone, is very client focused and friendly, and is in this business for the long haul. It's refreshing to deal with someone who is not only passionate about vintage timepieces but also values a long term relationship over a single transaction. In this regard, I absolutely and unequivocally endorse him.
