Ordered on the 5th June, websites states 5-10 days to receive order- I STILL DONT HAVE IT. Emailed company they said it would be here before the weekend, that also didn’t happen. This was suppose to... もっず芋る

I bought Marc Jacobs watch

I bought Marc Jacobs watch. I wore it for total 2-3 weeks. The so called genuine leather band was about to fall apart already. I couldn't enjoy the purchase as I spent money on it.

I am very sorry you feel this way. As mentioned previously on email that according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, "The warranty does not cover bands, straps, bracelets, battery, glass, exposed crystals and other embellishments."
