Easy to purchase and delivery as advised on site. We purchased this for a friend's 60th Birthday as he loves his watches, I'm sure this watch will be one more addition to his collection.

Hi Genevieve,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations.
Unfortunately, due to an unexpected stock control error, the watch was no longer available after your order was placed. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we processed a full refund.
The emails and notifications you received afterwards are automated marketing messages and aren't linked to the status of individual orders. We understand how this would have been confusing, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and are continuing to improve our stock management processes to help prevent this from happening again.

Hello,
Hello,
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that my order was cancelled without any explanation whatsoever.
Cancelling a customerâs order and providing no reason is completely unacceptable. I placed this order in good faith, and the lack of communication from your company shows a serious disregard for your customers.
I would like to know why my order was cancelled and why nobody thought it was necessary to provide even a basic explanation. Being left in the dark after spending my time and money is not an acceptable way to treat customers.
I expect a clear and detailed response regarding this cancellation and an explanation of how this situation will be resolved

Hi Sajida,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Weâre sorry for the inconvenience this situation has caused. In some cases, an order canât be completed if the additional documentation requested isnât received within the required timeframe, and the order is cancelled as a result. We understand how frustrating this can be.
If youâd like us to look into this further, please contact us via email and include your order number so we can verify the details and assist you privately.
Highly Recommend
I've now purchased three watches from The Watch Factory Australia, and each one has matched the photos exactly. The ordering process was smooth, and each watch was dispatched quickly, usually within 1â2 days. Very efficient service, great communication, and a reliable company to buy from. Highly recommended!

I ordered a Coach women's watch, not realising it came in two sizes. When I realised my mistake, I contacted The Watch Factory and they happily and efficiently exchanged it for the watch I wanted .Well done, much appreciated.
