Easy to purchase and delivery as advised on site. We purchased this for a friend's 60th Birthday as he loves his watches, I'm sure this watch will be one more addition to his collection.

Hi Delwyne,
Weâre sorry for the frustration. Based on the email thread, our team reached out requesting the required documentation before dispatching your parcel, but we didnât receive a response after two days. Because of the delay, the order was cancelled and fully refunded to the original payment method.
If you need any further assistance, weâre here to help.
The watch is soooooo lovely
The watch is lovely, received as it appeared on the website. Happy with the price BUT I was unaware that I would have to buy a new battery before it can be worn. I don't remember seeing a statement online saying that the battery would be dead and require replacing............very disappointed once I received my watch and then can't wear it. Still have not replaced the battery, so my new watch sits in the drawer until I get around to replacing the battery.

Great Service
I have dealt with The Watch Factory for several years now and find no fault. The store is well stocked and priced. The mailings are fast, messages prompt and on occasion returns done professionally.
With their great service I plan to shop with TWFA for years to come.
Thanks & regards,
