Just received my watch from the Tier 2 category. It was an affordable option (Rotatry) but it is still a cool, unique watch I never wouldâve picked up on my own. I think people are missing the point of a mystery drop. Granted all the watches should work, and if they donât thatâs a problem, but youâre not guaranteed a luxury watch. As long as they continue to be unique watches, and not just $10 Amazon ordered Timexâs or Seikos, Iâm in for it.
Cool concept. Will be ripping next drops for sure. Itâs a fun gift to receive every month for relatively decent pricing.
I have received my order, and I must express my dissatisfaction.
The website strongly implies that customers have a realistic opportunity to receive a luxury timepiece, using wording such as âyour chance to own a luxury timepiece for a fraction of the priceâ and showcasing brands like Rolex, Cartier, and Seiko and more. However, the item I received (a Timex Indiglo) is clearly not comparable in value and does not align with the expectations your marketing creates.
I paid â¬177 in total, and the product received is worth significantly less. This constitutes misleading and deceptive advertising, as the presentation of your offer creates a false impression of the likely outcome......
And sure i would love a rolex but didnt expect it but a timex that is not even 1/5 off the price i paid is grazy......

I do understand the fact itâs a mystery watch. But I expected a not so damaged watch. Itâs really damaged.. I donât understand why we get like 6nd hand watches in the drop. Only the not so damaged one are shown and itâs really a marketing trick. Pls be aware.. your watch can be damaged a lot. The whole color is fading away from the watch haha.. not okay. OH! And the fact you need to pay a LOT of import costs. Just donât do it. Itâs not worth it. And yes I know itâs a mystery but the watches are too damaged in my opinion.
I forget to say the watch is NOT working. I already send a video on WhatsApp but no reply.

I paid for a tier 2 box in aprils mystery boxes and got a ladies timex with an extremely damaged crystal, an extremely poor quality leather band, and an actual hole in the case at the crown. The gold coating is literally pitting and pulling away from the case. I understand the concept of this process but sending someone a womanâs watch that is in this rough a shape for almost $200 bucks is just not acceptable. This is literally a watch someone could have purchased on whatnot for 5 bucks.

Stay away! Delayed and the watch that then turned up after paying for the top tier was worth no more than what I could go and buy from Claireâs jewellery store.

Watch Harbor ããã®åç
I understand the concept behind Watch Harbor. Itâs a business, and I get that for a few people to hit big with high-value watches, most boxes will naturally sit at a lower value. Thatâs how the model works.
Iâm also not a brand snob. Iâve seen people complain about getting brands like Timex purely because theyâre âcheapâ, and thatâs not where Iâm coming from. A watch doesnât need to be luxury to be good.
My issue is value. Simple as that.
If I receive a watch worth £70â£80 in a Tier 2 box, fair enough. That feels in line with what Iâve paid.
If I receive a watch I can find online for £20 after paying £119, thatâs where the problem is.
Iâve been part of the community since late last year, so Iâve seen how these drops land. The February drop especially missed for a lot of people, myself included.
Iâve consistently paid into these boxes, and Iâve yet to feel like the value has properly landed. Across what used to be Tier 1 (Premium) and Tier 2 (Special Edition), Iâve had:
1 Ã Tier 1 watch â acceptable, roughly what Iâd expect
3 Ã Tier 2 watches â only 1 felt like fair value
The other 2 â genuinely poor value for the price paid
And thatâs the pattern thatâs hard to ignore.
From what I can find, every watch Iâve received could be bought individually for less than the price of the box it came in. That doesnât feel right. The whole point of a mystery box is that youâre taking a gamble, but the baseline should still feel fair.
I use Watch Harbor for the experience of getting something unexpected at a value that makes sense. Iâm not expecting a £3,500 watch every time. But I also donât expect to pay £119 and receive something worth £19.99 - £30.00
That gap between expectation and reality is where the frustration sits.
Thereâs also a practical issue that hasnât been addressed. Every watch Iâve received has come with a strap that either feels very cheap or simply doesnât fit. The punch holes are too large for my wrist, meaning I physically canât wear any of them properly.
So Iâm now sat with four watches, and I havenât been able to wear a single one of them. Even the one I consider âfair valueâ is unusable because of the strap.
At that point, itâs not just about value anymore, itâs about usability.
The concept works. But right now, it feels like the value isnât there, and the basics like wearability are being overlooked. If that doesnât improve, people wonât stick around.
The idea works. But the value needs to feel real, otherwise people wonât stick around.

I probably wouldnât do this again tbh. My partner and I both entered tier 1 hoping for a nice watch even just one of us .
When we got it, we both got the exact same watch. Silver Casio (itâs quite funny because my partner has a Casio and itâs the only one he didnât want ð
) . So by increasing our chances of hopefully getting a nice watch we both ended up with the same. I guess thatâs the luck of the draw but I would prefer a refund for one of them or at least a free entry into the next draw - order #6356

Itâs clear the owner is using the "itâs a gamble" defense to justify sending out low-value items. To make your Trustpilot review more impactful, you should lean into the discrepancy between the cost (£119.99) and the actual market value of the item received, while directly addressing their claim of "transparency."
âHere is a revised version that is firm, professional, and harder for them to deflect:
âSuggested Review Draft
âHeadline: Overpriced "Mystery Drop" â High price tag for low-value bin items
âI participated in Watch Harbourâs £119.99 "Mystery Drop," and the experience was incredibly disappointing. I received a cheap Avia watch that feels and looks like it came straight out of a discount bin.
âWhile the owner claims to be "transparent" about the mystery format, there is a massive gulf between "taking a chance" and receiving an item that is worth a fraction of the entry price. Paying £120 for a watch that lacks the quality or market value to justify that tier feels less like a fair mix of inventory and more like a way to offload low-value stock on hopeful customers.
âThe company's response to criticism is that the mystery format "isnât for everyone," but that doesn't excuse the poor price-to-quality ratio. If youâre looking for a quality timepiece, save your £120 and buy something specific. This "drop" felt like a total rip-off, regardless of how many YouTube videos they post to justify it.

I wanted to believe, and I was a fool ...paid for the the "limited" edition and received a TIMEX...not even a good timex... a relatively new edition plain white indiglo that sells for around $15 on line...seriously not even anything remotely as promised...major scam vibes from this...avoid at all costs...don't waste your money.

Watch Harbor ããã®åç
I had a terrible experience with Watch Harbor. I participated in their blind drawing, paying over $170 with the perception of receiving a very nice vintage watch Instead, I ended up with a watch valued at only $40. That is a profit margin of around 70%. This feels like an absolute scam, as they clearly misled me about the value of what I would receive. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking to invest in a quality timepiece. Save your money and look elsewhere! I absolutely understand that there was no promise of a watch the same value of what I spent. This sight is very misleading. Well done.

Iâve jumped into a few of the monthly mystery drops across both Tier 1 and Tier 2 and honestly, thatâs where the fun is. Youâve got no idea what youâre going to get, and thatâs the whole thrill. Itâs a gamble, plain and simple.
But itâs not a blind one. Cameron lays it all out in his Instagram and YouTube videosâŠ. What kind of watches sit in each tier, whatâs possible, and whatâs not. You might strike gold, you might not⊠and thatâs exactly what makes it exciting and why Iâll continue purchasing.

Watch Harbor ããã®åç
Really enjoyed my experience with Watch Harbor. Cameron was very responsive and the package arrived quickly, considering I am from the US. I think the concept is fun. The excitement of the watch arriving and the opportunity to acquire a luxury piece at such a low price makes it worth the roll of the dice. Looking forward to participating again in future monthsâ drops.

Watch Harbor ããã®åç
Came across Watch Harbour on Instagram and thought Iâd take a punt and see what it was all about. Went in on a 3-month deal and now into month two â both watches so far have been solid, really happy with them.
Letâs be honest, weâd all love to be dropping £5kâ£10k on a watch whenever we fancy it, but thatâs not reality for most of us. This is a great way to enjoy different pieces you probably wouldnât normally go for, without the big commitment.
Youâve got to go into it with the right mindset â same as sticking a few quid on the EuroMillions. Youâre doing it for the experience, not expecting to make money. If anything, itâs just a bit of fun and a chance to wear something different each month.
Fair play to the guys, itâs a great concept and itâs been a really good experience so far. Keep it up.

I had such a great experience with Watch Harborâs mystery drop. The whole process is genuinely exciting from placing the order to the anticipation while waiting, and finally opening the box to see what youâve received.
What makes it so special is the randomness, it could be anything from a Rolex to a simple Casio or even a unique vintage piece, all for just £70. That element of surprise makes it incredibly fun, especially for watch collectors like me. Even though I didnât get a Rolex this time, I received an Ingersoll automatic, which I really appreciate and enjoy.
Really appreciate the team for putting something like this together. Itâs a creative and enjoyable experience, and Iâll definitely be back for more!
Best,

Was part of the February mystery watch drop & ordered a number of mystery watches. Very impressed with the packaging & the mystery box feeling. Pulled a luxury Omega De Ville within the group of watches I received.
I was also very impressed with Cameron and the team with the customer support as my order got stuck with Royal Mail for a long time. They helped me out, kept me in the loop and resent my parcel to NZ asap.
Will be participating in future drops to come!

What a great company, my first couples of purchaseâs have been easy and great value for money. I would highly recommend to any watch collector or any one wanting to have a nice and varied watch collection. I will be a regular buyer, customer service is fast and professional with a friendly vibe. Must say you have to be quick as they do sell out fast, but luckily you can pre order for the next drop. Highly recommend!

Although I know itâs completely random which watch I receive, Iâm quite disappointed with the watch I received. I expected a more vintage watch especially for a Tear 2 watch I paid â¬139 for (and also â¬24 import taxes).
I received a quartz Timex indiglo which I can buy new (the same watch) on amazon for â¬40
So quite disappointed I must say.
