This seller lacks integrity.

This seller listed a watch for $6000 and included in the listing that the price was "negotiable". I made unanswered inquiries about the condition of the watch before I made an offer of "$5,500.

That offer was on a Saturday, and I heard nothing back all weekend. On that Monday, I started sending inquiries as to whether the offer was received, and I was told that he is holding the watch for a client, but he would get back to me if it becomes available. Then he raised the price on the listing to $6,500 and told me "it is not personal".

I believe that when he put me on hold to see if the other person was going to purchase the watch, and then raised the price $500 shows very poor business ethics.

His communications were condescending. He told me he had a prospective buyer, and I told him that I am a committed buyer because I need that watch to complete a collection. I would have paid full price if he had communicated with me.

His reply to me was that if I was serious about buying the watch, then I should have offered the total asking price (which was listed as "negotiable") to begin with. I can't believe that a "watch dealer" would give such horrible advice.

From photos on Google, this seller is very young, and his attitude certainly confirms a lack of maturity. He would rather treat me as though I'm very stupid than assume any personal responsibility for his sneaky business practice.

For communication I'd give him an "2".

For ethics I'd give him a "1".

Others seem to be happy with their purchases from this seller. I am writing this review to let people know that if you want to negotiate with this seller, know that he does not play fairly and does not accept any personal responsibility.

NOTE: This person has just left me a negative review for MY business, yet he has never used my services. I am a forensic professional who reconstructs crime scenes for murder cases. He has never been a client, yet he left me a negative review in retaliation for the honest review I left for him (see photo). You can now be assured that this person has not passed adolescence emotionally. I don't know if he has done so chronologically. Do not trust this child with a large purchase such as a luxury watch.

I had the pleasure of dealing with this company when selling my gold Rolex day date presidential. I sent in some photos for a valuation. I had brief chat with their team in head office. I arranged an appointment with 1 hrs notice. The shop was secured whilst inside so it felt safe. I was offered a cold drink. Deban was great, he showed me the current market value of my watch and what I should expect to sell mine for. I was happy with his quote and he was happy with the watch. I would highly recommend this company for buying or selling a high end watch. Very professional and everyone was very polite. I will definitely be a return customer.

Promised me he could get me in today and taken care off. He gave me a timeframe of 3-4. I was never even called back to be let know they wanted to reschedule, I had to call and text being very polite. I let him know it was an inconvenience due to him telling me I would be seen today. He refused to respond until I left a 1 start review. Thank you have a great day!
