WatchMaster has recently sold my ladies Rolex and the service from them has been excellent, from the courier picking up my watch to receiving my money. They kept me updated throughout and I received an excellent payment for my watch. A very satisfied customer.

Alles sehr korrekt und serious abgewickelt. Ware wurde abgeholt und ein Angebot erstellt. Nach ca. 6 Wochen war die Uhr verkauft und mir wurde eine ausführliche Abrechnung und ein Link um mein Geld anzufordern per Mail zugeschickt. Das Geld war 2 Tage später auf meinem Bankkonto.
Keine Arbeit mit dem Verkauf der Uhr gehabt, alles wurde für mich erledigt und der mir zugesicherter Mindestpreis hat auch gestimmt.
Ganz unkomplizierter und schneller Verkauf dank den Profis von Watchmaster. Ich würde Watchmaster immer wieder gerne weiterempfehlen.

Acquisto un Baume Mercier Riviera 10618. Orologio in perfette condizioni anche se mancavano degli adesivi di protezione sul quadrante e il fondo e sul bracciale. Forse usato per varie prove. La condizione era comunque eccellente e soprattutto è stato fornito ad un prezzo ottimo visto che mi sono stati consegnati sia il bracciale in acciaio che quello verde in caucciù ( davvero una bella sorpresa) che diciamo hanno un prezzo da circa 300€ a 500€ . Quindi sono stati ampiamente perdonati. Tempi di consegna un tantino lunghi ma questo non è un problema per me. Sono davvero contento per l'acquisto e oltre a raccomandare il commerciante gli faccio i complimenti ( il secondo cinturino originale ha davvero inciso sul mio giudizio) Grazie WM

Hat zwar etwas länger gedauert aber, die Uhr war beim Hersteller zur Revision! Belege dafür lagen der Uhr bei. Super Service, findet man nicht so oft.

Great service throughout the process and a very good price received for my watch. Watchmaster have a procedure that’s clear from the outset so you know exactly where you stand.

My watch has been for sale with Watchmaster for 7 months now. They stated 45 days as the average to sell, how can you be so wrong!?
No communication, no feedback, a complete lack of service. I am very disappointed and wish I had not agreed to let them sell for me.
If you have a watch for sale be careful and consider your options!
Update, following reply.
There was some initial contact from Watchmaster when my watch went up for sale. This included telling me it was live on the website, photo's completed etc. Then some 2 months later to tell me it had not sold. Thereafter communication from Watchmaster has only been to respond to my requests to lower the price. No proactive feedback of any kind!

Went to view a Chopard Mille Miglia 2019 Race Edition last week at the London branch. Friendly, professional service and Watch was just what I was looking for. A small discount but it was already at a very competitive price. The Watch was delivered a week later very well packed by UPS having been cleaned and serviced.
Would certainly consider using them again.

Read the small print folks! When you send your watch to Watchmaster, you're signing a contract that, irrespective of selling it, they keep it for 12 months. They've had my watch for six months, so I suggested dropping the price, and despite this nothing. So, I asked for it back so I can try selling it. They refuse, quote the 'contract' terms and suggest I pay them a commission to get it returned. It may be in the contract small print but they certainly don't make you aware of this. They treat it as their property. At one point I was going to suggest a part-exchange but I couldn't get through... maybe if they answered the phone, buyers might be able to purchase MY watch more easily. It's not a SCAM as such, but you certainly need to be aware how they operate...

Scam attempt.
I get an email if I would like to get a new appraisal of my watch. Rolex Explorer II
They offer me in this email the following options:
-Sale on commission
-Direct sale
-Trade in.
After making the offer they suddenly refuse a direct sale. In my book this is a scam. They make an offer to have your watch appreciated but refuse to live up to their own email.
Please beware of this company, dishonesty turns out to be a trademark.
