It was a pleasure to deal with Wave antiques Fleur was very very helpful gave good advice was prompt in dealing with us, I have no doubt I will use Wave again

The ring I ordered had to be resized. I was told that would be done on a Monday, the ring would then be posted on Tuesday and I would receive it on Wednesday. All of this happened exactly as planned and I could not be happier with both the service and the ring itself!

Staff were incredibly helpful, the ring was sized and sent to me within 3days in a beautiful box , my daughter is going to be thrilled

What a fantastic company! I saw a ring on Instagram and enquired about it - I got a response immediately on a Sunday evening and it was all processed in 24 hours. They posted promptly and did resizing completely free.
As part of this, we went into the Hatton Garden office and Fleur couldn’t have been more fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and so accommodating. Just excellent.
